Wow, I'm really glad the judge threw it out....there was just really nothing left over for him. Is she not able to provide or work?!?

More likely not willing to work. Why should she? She didn't lose anything.

This chick is nasty. There is no way a man willingly signs an agreement to pay 6k when his average pay is 8. She's obviously waaayyyy smarter than that man.

She gets almost $7k a month from him.
Her lawyer asks her if she thinks the divorce agreement was fair. "WELL HE GOT BASEBALL CARDS"

He needs to file a complaint against his lawyer and sue her. She should have just gave him back his money doesn't matter the circumstances didn't do the work.

Judge Wolfe is by far one of my favorites.

How can she refinance the house if she refuses to work?!

You shouldn't get anything when you file for divorce. A man provides for his wife, once you divorce him why tf should he continue to support you?! Go get a job or don't be selfish & breakup your family. No fault divorce laws need to be removed. Men, do NOT sign a contract where the other signatory gets rewarded for breaking it!!

Make it make sense....90% of her attorney's defense, opening statement, and both of his cross examinations were about his fiancée. But the person who didn't have a single job during the marriage and still doesn't have one after it is the same person testifying about someone else's hard earned money, the way it's being spent, her misguided and false entitlement of being able to dictate his spending, mentioning the use of FMLA for their children's traveling she benefited from and now acting as if she has an issue with it, "allowed" him to keep the 401k he worked for, claimed she was afraid he was going to leave her and the kids with nothing instead of getting a job, and clearly tried to use their children to extort him into funding her lifestyle. When the divorce was finalized that included no longer being a stay at home mom-wife and him funding your "spending budget".

Dad's lawyer should have brought up the blackmail in court not have the judge have to bring it up. Glad the judge saw it though because that is quite illegal

Why does she get to live like she’s still married and he has to live in poverty. Extortion for sure. The judge did the right thing. The wife only gave him just the signature page, that’s downright fraudulent.

I do not understand spouses expecting to live off of spousal support. Fine keep the house but YOU should be responsible for payment and upkeep. This deal makes zero sense.
Dad keeps 401k, mom keeps house but dad is to be making all payments. No way.

Just in terms of spousal support.. I think there are toooo many entitled spouses who just want to live off of every dime they can squeeze out. I think really the only appropriate time for spousal support is in a situation with mutual children, where one party or the other has had to quit working to stay home with the children. Especially if the "breadwinner" travels for work, the stay at home typically winds up being the main caretaker, which is exacerbated if there are any special needs children. At the very least, that's almost 2 decades of lost employment experience and opportunities to grow within a company/career path. Come divorce time, that person likely won't be able to find a job with good pay and they have to start from scratch. That said, I don't think that the spousal support should be expected to be the sole "income." I think it should be something supplemental.. and maybe something with a greater monetary value initially and decreasing as time goes on and that person has had time to figure life out.

I like this Judge, he has his eye on the ball, and is as sharp as a tack. So glad he was fair to the husband, and for the first time I guess his wife has to use the qualification she has to get a job!🤣

Can someone explain the final ruling?

    • @amyann13
      @amyann13 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

The judge grated the rule 60 motion in favor of the husband. Meaning the divorce decree & parenting plan were thrown out. He found them unfair, there were lies & contradiction in them. So now the wife & husband will have to go back & distribute the marital assets fairly, child support & spousal support (which she shouldn't get in the first place, I highly disagree with spousal support) The wife tried to screw over the husband & take him for everything & the judge said NOT TODAY SATAN! 😂

The big tell tale for this was the home schooling part. At first it was we wanted it. Then later she switched to that only the dad wanted home schooling bc Dad wanted to take them when he wanted... If she didn't want it, why didn't she put them in regular school during the split.... She crazy

Wow this mans ex wife is crazy. This ex wife is acting as if she is still married but but divorced. Noone should ever be manipulated to pay for anything except for child support. This man was abused by the ex wife. Why are women so horrible?
