The golgappa (also known as panipuri), is a popular street snack in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavored water ("pani"), tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. It is generally small enough to fit completely into one's mouth. It is a popular street food dish in Karachi, Lahore, Delhi, Dhaka, Kolkata and Kathmandu.

+Alissa Somra i live in Ontario,Canada and I always have pani puri/gol guppa here. Just go to an Asian food market and you'll find boxes there with a masala packet inside that U just mix with water, then just need to get caned chickpeas and if u want then make some sweet yogurt

لم افهم ما قلت.
i dnt knw why when i make pani puri it does not came out crispy its sometime soggy .... i want them crispy :'( ... for the puri i used 1 cup of semolina and 1tbsp of maida ..
+serena angel i have tried many recipies + watched lots of vidz
my finall result is 1 cup semolina + 2 tbsp maida+ pinch salt
make sure u need it very well again kneed it very well
make very thin layer of it as u want covr them with wet cloth fry medium to high heat nd let them rest for 30 mints to b crisped
