I don't get it , why stick to your formation if you believe your players cannot play in it. Surely tweak it and use your resources to get the best for now.
Because then it'll take the players even longer to get to know the system , you have to stick to your principles loo what happened to ten hag after he changed his mind on playing his football after they lost 4-0 to Brentford.
He’s tried multiple different setups and formations but it doesn’t matter because they massively need to rebuild. They’ve got too many old and slow players who can’t run, this team is nowhere near as good as the team that won 4 in a row.
I dont think you have been watching City..Pep has played different formations/tactics in those poor runs..Crazy how people tell a coach like Pep want to do
Finally we're at a point in time where United are stray catchers.. I think using United is far stretched and way rock bottom.. It's a bit disrespectful to City..He should have at the very least used Ipswich, that's ok
Not buying the absence of Rodri as the sole cause of their crisis and loss of form. Matches were still being won following the injury and the infamous "Stay humble, eh?" moment. Surely City have enough talent in one of the largest squads, with plenty of £60m+ players to cover Rodri during a difficult patch. Morale is at an all-time low, and self-doubt at City has suddenly crept in following years of consistency. Although there has been little to criticise prior to this slump, this crisis looks to be far worse than what other teams have had to endure, yet criticism from the media and the fun being poked at them have been kept to a minimum. Perhaps the club is getting some sympathy in certain quarters to help downplay ongoing off-field issues while helping to protect the stature of the PL brand. It appears City only ever had a Plan A, with Haaland or Foden being on the end of every attacking scenario with very little goal threat elsewhere. Great managers adapt and respond during times of adversity. With a pool of talent at his disposal, are fans beginning to see the other side of Pep now that he's been thrown a serious managerial curveball, or has he merely lost the dressing room at a potentially era-defining moment? Unless other club-related matters are affecting the club, one injury (albeit an important one) does not make you the weakest team.
City don’t have a massive squad though that’s just pure nonsense, they don’t even have a big squad never mind massive. They’ve only got 1 striker in the whole squad meanwhile even Everton have got 4 strikers. Add to that they’ve only got 1 holding midfielder at the club in Rodri who’s injured. Add to that nearly the whole defence being injured, it’s like Liverpool a few years ago with Henderson Milner Fabinho hobbling around like crabs because they’re physically finished
@@theblues8840 I hear you, but that has got to be on the manager. You are Man City. Owned by a state. Limitless funds. Why is your squad inadequate in terms of numbers. Gives his success I just can't imagine the owners telling Pep no you can't have this or that.
@theblues8840 The media had everyone believe nobody would get in City's way this season and they'd clinch another title due to their squad depth. As Fitzroy said, City only have themselves to blame for not recruiting the right profile of players, including those to replace Alvarez, Mahrez, Sterling and Jesus over time - all capable of 20+ G/A's in this City team. However the biggest mistake is failing to integrate Cole Palmer into the team and that one is definitely on Pep. Palmer and Foden should have been the future of the club. City let the better player leave for an absolute bargain in today's market and it looks like they might have done the same with Delap as well. City have about 5/6 players in wing positions who have contributed a measly 3 PL goals between them (Doku - 2, Foden - 1, Others - 0)
It's not because of players old and injuries. Pep had total belief in his squad. There is something much more brewing in Man C. Players have downed tools mentally. Pep has to reinvent himself coz he is failing to impact his players like he used to. And the cloud of 115 charges. And Man C have had the rub of the green winning 3 PLs on final day. And of course money can't guarantee you wins. Pep is in a mental spin 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Just a stab in the dark here, maybe the staff and players know what's coming in a few weeks. I mean who would have thought it hey? All that 'success' taken away in shame and exposure to fraud and cheating. Just a thought that everyone involved is now maybe looking to jump ship.
Why are they slamming the rodent and mice in United's kitchen?? Oh so now Bruno and his musketeers can't spend Christmas time in peace?
😂😂😂😂😂
Jamie Jackson, pure griffter, as reliable as a £9 note

Cause Amorim, Guardiola and Arteta don’t adapt to the squad of players
He’s not wrong , I said this the other day it’s like city and inside United body 😂😂😂
Ok
Finally we're at a point in time where United are stray catchers..

The best Christmas song is merry Christmas 🎅 by slade .
'Cant get my head around it. We're 13th' youve been mediocre for years. How are they still that delusional?
This is why he would struggle with a near mid table team on a budget
Lets all laugh at City lets all laugh at city 😂😂😂😂😂
Can I give you a double like? Sorry. I tried.
Omar Berrad is at United now

⚠️Reality Check ⚠️
Most teams who top the league by Christmas did NOT win the league! 🤷♀️
