I think you forgot to multiply 3*2 while calculating the determinants of ( 2-lamda).The equation will be (2-lamda){lamda^2-7lamda-6} Please check it out sir
Equation will be lambda^2-7lambda +6
For trivial solution in homogeneous equations vector is zero vector
Remember, eigen vector is always non-zero....
