I was very lucky to have seen Queen Nation live last weekend and met them after the show. Mike and the guys are angels sent from heaven and TBH I have a bit of a crush on Mike (even without the wig) and wanted to marry him but I figured he's already married and this interview proves he is because his wife is mentioned here (I didn't tell him that I wanted to marry him though, I showed him my homemade Brian doll and told him that's his cousin and he said he looks exactly like him) so I guess I am going to get a time machine and time travel to 50 years ago and marry the real young Brian May...but I will see Queen Nation again if they ever return to my hometown where I saw them!
I really enjoyed this video. I'm in a US based Tribute Band called 'Celebrating Queen' and we are playing in St. George Utah in January ... I can't wait. I'm based in Ireland so our band is flying me over a few days in advance of the gig this time next month. I must watch a few other videos as I just subscribed to the channel today!
Excellent lead guitar and accurate depiction of Brian May. Looking forward to being able to see you in person again. Live is the way to really hear/feel the music. Thanks for the interview view.
@@TributeBandPod I agree with that. His talent plus kindness is magnetic and will take him far. Just one of the fans out in the audience focusing immediately on lead guitar.
This was a well-done interview with thoughtful questions...and Mike is an engaging guest. And I can attest to how difficult trying to pull of Bohemian Rhapsody live is...but I love the solution they came up with.

Thanks for watching Joanne. Mike is just the best and a super nice guy.
