หนักแผ่นดิน เป็นเพลงที่แต่งเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2518 ใช้เปิดออกอากาศทางสถานีวิทยุ จ.ส. กรมการสื่อสารทหารบก กองทัพบก ในการต่อสู้ทางการเมืองกับขบวนการคอมมิวนิสต์ ในช่วงปี 2518-2523 ประพันธ์คำร้องโดย พันเอก บุญส่ง หักฤทธิ์ศึก และขับร้องโดย สิบเอก อุบล คงสิน และศิริจันทร์ อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา ต่อมาใน พ.ศ. 2520 ชื่อเพลงนี้นำมาสร้างเป็นภาพยนตร์เรื่อง หนักแผ่นดิน กำกับโดยสมบัติ เมทะนี แสดงนำโดยสมบัติ เมทะนี และนัยนา ชีวานันท์
"Nak Phaen Din" (ไทย:หนักแผ่นดิน) [Traitor] is a song written in 1975, used to broadcast on a radio station, the Royal Thai Army Communications Department, the Royal Thai Army, in the political struggle against the communist movement during the years 1975-1980. Composer by Colonel Boonsong Hak Ritsuek and sung by Sergeant Ubon Kongsin and Sirichan Israngkun Na Ayutthaya Later in 1977, the title of this song was made into a movie called Hak Din, directed by Sombat. Methanee, led by Sombat Methanee and Naiyana Chivanan
