Hi Pauric, You are correct there is a greater pull on the plastic when you have two dispensers working. However when this machine was developed the gearbox was reinforced to deal with the additional plastic pull.
Good stuff, the end user feeback on this machine has been very good. I am sure your mate will be delighted with the additional output (which should be about 30 bales per hour).
@bushyparkboys Hi there, As per the comments to Philip a few months ago You are correct in relation to the number of turns of the table however the bale is indexing (turning) faster on the 991 high speed as there is a wider spread of plastic being applied. As a result both machines are applying the same number of layers.
The dispensers are putting on plastic from two rolls and the plastic has a 50% overlap in the middle so you are getting a greater width of plastic and only need 8 turns with the high speed.
How does it fear on the side of the hill? I remember we used an old kvernland table wrapper like this, behind an old 1850 jd and it used to throw the bales off when spinning.

I was working a 911 high speed one year and it broke down and we had to resort to a 911b series and my god was it slow, 911 HS is the best yoke going.. :P
Hi Philip, Thank you for your comments, but they are misleading. You are correct in relation to the number of turns of the table however the bale is indexing (turning) faster on the 991 high speed as there is a wider spread of plastic being applied. @newholland8160 it is possible wit proper driver and few adjustments...de wrap should never be tampered with...proper coverage is crucial cause wont be bac in der again followin year....
@newholland8160 its possible lad we put out 80 to 90 a hr and never one bad bale...it only can be don wen lined up....we have a 6430 and conor wrapper wit pump opened up a little on wrapper....our one is all manual wit joystick...in my opinion its better dan de Mchale system...but dat just me....ive about 60thousand bales wrapped in last 8 odd years...
Thanks for the business, your mate has made a good choice. The end user feedback on this machine has been excellent.

How do you think that?

We have the machine working in hilly going and there does not seem to be a problem.
Hi Philip,

Thats not a fair test the one on the left is putting more layers of plastic on than the right !

no one saw it? the were wrapping with same rotation speed but the left just rotates longer so speed wrapping miss less wrap qualitiy :(
that song is called hay bales hay bales hay bales hay bales hay bales hay bales hay bales hay bales hay bales

I can make more than 30 bales per hour with this wraper 30 is really slow
high speed has 2rolls so 8 turns is rite
100 to120 a hr no problem....
Why in the goddamn was this recommended to me?
