You look INCREDIBLE!! That coat is so YOU! I heard you speaking on owning such High End thing's but people don't get is You have been in the INDUSTRY FOR A LONF TIME!! You worked for Every thing. You deserve it anyway. Love you MUCH!!
Those that feel the need to make rude comments on social platforms about others' appearances, are sad and envious individuals in my opinion. Call them out Claire...but then please try not to be impacted by their negativity. I met you and your handsome husband in person on Christmas eve (in the hotel lobby) and you're even more beautiful in person then you are on IG or on video. You were so personable and lovely...asking if I wanted a photograph. It was such fun meeting you. I love your content, honesty and fashion sense. I especially find it extremely helpful when you provide details regarding sizing. Ignore the haters and keep doing what you do so well. Best regards from the US!
Love the way you did your pregnancy reveal it was absolutely beautiful congratulations to you both and your family with your blessed child that will come
I am so excited for your wardrobe reveal ☺️ And I am super happy for you with respect to your Paris related work accomplishment! Also your fear of failure is so relatable! Though I’ve come to realize, it’s often times more the fear of people seeing you fail than the fear of failure itself.
So exited to see your wardrobe, the mess in the room is what most people get in when re-doing a room please don't feel you have to explain your shopping/ lifestyle it's what you work for a only a tiny part of who you are. I feel you are not your usual strong self in this video so I'm sending a hug and a little extra strength to push on. X
Fantastic filming, editing, & hosting your channel. Your hair looks perfect for your complexion & eye-color. To maintain , just use the purple shampoo & conditioner. Nice style . Happy Christmas.
I agree it’s repair beautiful. Fun fact, around two years ago maybe longer, Harrods contracted me as local customer. They had a strict demographic of how much you spend, what you buy and where you live. I was invited in to give my opinion on what the food hall needed, what would I like to see and what would make it a pleasure to shop. Of course I can’t take credit at all but I like to think I paid a 0.0001% part 😬
CLAIRE CHANELLE NO WAY! That’s amazing! So to your 0.0001% well done! For me it was an experience because we don‘t have anything like that. That’s why i love going into designer shop. Their interior design is always on point.
Claire, first I want to say I love your bedside mirrors, so beautiful. I love your videos and can’t wait to see what’s coming from your visit to Paris. Your two dresses you showed are pretty. Like I told you before, your handbag collection was the first I ever saw on You Tube. I love handbags and had no idea you could watch these videos, and I think yours is still the most impressive I’ve seen. I loved that you had a closet just for your bags, in the new tour is that part still there? Can’t wait to see it. Have a great time in Paris.
Thank you, I’ve had them years and I can’t even remember where I bought them. Thank you for the lovely comment. Yes the bags will be there. I personally don’t think the setup is too different because I tweaked the old warding time and time again, it’s why Ikea cabinets are so handy. When I was I was happy with the layout I went ahead with the fitted style. There are a few surprises though.
It’s just a standard ribbon that you would find at a craft shop. I took this bag to a wedding in Ohio last summer. The menus were wrapped in this ribbon so I took mine and wrapped it round the handle and used Paris’ ribbon to do the other handle. It was such a perfect match I haven’t take it off!
Hi Clair, I saw a video from Paris, pure beauty, I was really touched. Big Congrats. Then I went a little back to this vlog. Why didn't I know you are pregnant? You shine like a diamond. I wish all of you good Luck and Health. The only thing that really matters now.
A fear of failure is nothing but a good thing. You have to fail at things in life to learn how to win. Anyway there is no such thing as failure, it’s just a learning curve. You need to get yourself someone in to organise those clothes into their closets. A fresh eye will help it go faster. ❤️
I know how you feel with the insomnia, the brown eyelids etc it a terrible thing your tired and yet you can’t sleep. Hope you manage a few hours sleep xxx
Wait for better weather if you ever come. Jan and Feb is my least fave weather wise. Summer is fab and so is winter leading up to Christmas. I also like spring and autumn. Basically avoid January!
The CC earrings are just absolutely fantastic! I really want to get my first ever designer bag, which is going to be a Chanel Trendy CC in black this year. Such a beautiful bag!!! Are there any other leathers of the Trendy CC or just the lambskin? I heard that Lambskin is extremely delicate and I’d like to wear it quite a lot due to the price. I’m very careful with my stuff but I’m extremely scarred to go and ask for advice in Chanel store cause they’re so rude there and I know they won’t help
It only comes in lamb skin. It’s not true re the ultra delicate. It is more wearable and durable than you think. I have the trendy in beige lamb skin it’s four years old and got my first two marks on it last week when I dropped it. Of course it’s not a durable as caviar but it’s not super delicate like everyone saids. I feel it wouldn’t look as nice in caviar and the trendy leather ages beautifully.
CLAIRE CHANELLE thank you very much for letting me know! I hope that when I’ll finally have the money saved up that I’ll be able to just come in and buy it haha
ItsOnlyWarPaint I guess so. This will be my first ever luxury bag purchase. I’ve wanted it ever since I saw it on Claire. And I just can’t wait to get it! The black is so classic. However the red is beautiful as well!
The shoes!!! I cant bear the cliffhanger ending! How are the shoes!! Very excited for the Paris blog and business reveal. Just as an aside, I wouldn’t care if you never bought another Chanel handbag. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE seeing what you have bought but its your opinion I am here for, not the actual item. A video about the new bag which didn’t end in a reveal would be just as good. You know,I would really love a chatty video where you just flick through a new seasons catalogue and talk about what you like and why, sort of how girlfriends flick through Vogue or Hello or Grazia together! (Have you ever watched Hello with Hirons? You should SO do a Vogue with Claire!) xxx
Omg I wish you was my bestie and I lived close to you cause I’d have that wardrobe/room sorted and I would obviously take away any items you didn’t Want anymore 🤣🤣 great vlog Claire I love your homey vlogs I just love looking round your gorgeous home xxxxxx

I think it’s fine that you want to cut back on the PR gifts you keep. We all can accumulate so much even without the constant barrage from companies that hope for some “air time”. However, it would be wonderful to be able to pass on some of those premium items to “Smart Works” or “Dress for Success” or whatever other charities that help disadvantaged women get a helping hand into the workforce with appropriate clothing, accessories, skincare and/or makeup! Just a thought...
It really doesn’t work like this. Imagine you are a company that is investing a marketing budget into your brand and people just give the product away? Please be mindful that these are not freebies. The companies are giving me the product to promote. They email saying can we send you x, then an arrangement is made; it’s an exchange. PRs do not send random high value gifts, clothing or even high street price without talking to the first about coverage. Sometimes they are gifting to see performance and then choose who they want to officially work with. We all need to work, this is our career. There are certainly times where they send off the cuff in the hope you just wear it or feature it but this is rare for anything other than some make up or perfume. If it is totally off the cuff or maybe I wear it once for the brand; I always end up giving this away. Let’s say someone did just randomly send me a jacket, a bag etc and then I never feature it. I will not be able to work with that brand again because I’ve basically “wasted” that little investment they made for me and they have seen zero supoort/performance from me. I can’t just give these things away, there is a whole process and brands don’t just give things away and we do what we like with them. I’m sure if you had a dress brand, you gave ten away, costing you X amount (£100s, most likely £1000s) and only one was featured for marketing purposes. How would you feel? That’s your marketing budget blown and you got nothing back when you are trying to make a career for yourself with your savings/investment fund. The influencer world has so much to it, it is a full on career and marketing strategy for pretty much every brand in the world. I understand not everyone realises this and I don’t expect someone outside the industry to know how it works; I understand this. Aside from the above. So many brands supoort charities and us bloggers get involved. I personally have a lot of clothes. I regularly clear out my wardrobe and give bags and bags to the chosen charities I support. I give bags to women and girls I know personally, or maybe through a friend. Women who are at college and don’t have much. Women who I know don’t spend money on them selves and I’ll put together some work outfits for them. Or maybe some younger cool Topshop/Zara looks I’ve worked on and loved. This is so personal as I get to see that person I’m handed it to and see them wear it. If you really look at how I work it, it’s evident that I care. I don’t have depop, I don’t have eBay and I’m not signed up to these blogger selling agency’s that promote “we give to cancer charities or children’s charity”. The blogger actually keeps a huge percent and is indeed making money. The agency takes a cut and the charity actually gets 1%. I feel like it’s a little trick to appear like a charity giving service and it totally isn’t. I simple give direct to the charity and don’t make money on most items. I sell the odd thing that I can’t afford to give away. I hope this makes sense that we don’t just get freebies and take a few photos. Arrangements are made, contracts are in place for even gifting sometimes and we work on stats. I do my bit for others and I do it how I feel is right. I don’t feel comfortable blasting this on social media because then my intentions won’t feel true. I also stand by that accept extensive amount of gifts on a weekly basis is not okay. I don’t want to take so much gifting, the packaging is still crazy amounts, there is pressure to promote every promote and sometimes my entire ground floor over run by deliveries that I have to spend the entire week sorting out.
CLAIRE CHANELLE Thanks for your clarification. Nothing is ever as simple as it may appear. I know many brands hire you to promote their products and you must have contracts in place to make sure everyone does their part. This makes perfect sense and I would expect no less to have all the legalities of any business arrangement in writing. I’ve been watching you for several years and have heard you say numerous times when you have a clear out, you give a lot to family, friends and charities. I didn’t remember if you ever mentioned the charities or not. We have “Dress for Success” in the USA and I love the work they do empowering women to be able to become self-sufficient, and it sounded like a good fit for you and your personal ethos after you have promoted and “gently worn” the garments or had extras of skincare/makeup, etc. I just thought if you were unaware of “Smart Works” or “Dress for Success” you might like to add them to your list of worthy charities.
I have never ever been ditsy and still don’t think I am ditsy. Why be so catty, is there a reason or this is just how you are? Nothing wrong with being ditsy, you can be super successful and be ditsy, it’s just something I’m not at all. I didn’t get this far from being a div. Maybe if you listened in the video you would have heard, I am super tired and having insomnia, I don’t sleep and would make a very good reason if I come across forgetful, clumsy or in your words “ditsy”. Lastly, I am very much looking forward to you knowing what is really happening to me behind close doors because then it will put an end to your accusation and I very much hope you feel silly. You don’t have to wait long, so all good.
