Nice trip report! The plane was new and modern, and IFE screen was wide. It's great to have touch screen remote control in Economy. Also, food looked delicious.

I travel by air frequently as my children are settled abroad. Air travel by any aircraft is a wonderful experience..PROVIDED.....you get a window seat in wide body aircraft like the A380 shown here. If you are in the middle seat of the middle row in economy....it's horrible you feel claustrophobic.... So...be advised...if on a long flight in a wide body aircraft , ensure a window seat just behind the wings. It's wonderful in that seat.
I always love the announcements from the pilots. They make you relax and calm. All pilots seem to have nice voices.
