Well Itt is still feeling guilty over his accident and memory loss that also y he didn't leave Day.
And again for as for Day, Itt knew that Day loved him so much before his accident, so it's not that easy to leave someone you love bcoz he had an accident and can't remember you.
Ya Day goes overboard with his harsh words and behaviour but that's who Day was when Itt met him. Itt knew of his mafia life and toxic traits and still choose to stay with him. And Day wasn't that harsh on Itt before the accident. So no I don't think Itt can leave Day, if he does that means he never loved him right from time. That's y he's really trying so that Day's memories would come back.
It's definitely not easy to give up on someone you love when you knew he's in that situation bcoz of you.
What I like about this episode is that Itt is becoming bold and not sitting down waiting for miracles, he's actually forcing those feelings on him so he could remember.
And I don't have a problem with those guys that are attracted to Itt, I love how Day gets jealous over it. If it could bring his memories flooding back that am in support of it. At least then he knows and remembers how possessive he is of Itt even without his memories.
The only thing I could suggest is that they should tone down Day's harsh behaviours.

@@nightowl5316 am not talking based on the novel because stuff like this happens in real life too. Novels are fictional but some of them happens in real life too. So I was trying to connect it with real life. Coz ppl go through it. I have seen and I know how it felt
