Honestly, eyefestation is byfar the coolest monster due to his model and amount of detailing that was put into his encounter. Sharks constantly needs to keep moving forward to breath but he can stay still for as long as you take to open the door. He telepathically comminucates to your brain to encourage you to look into his eyes and he is fully aware of his powers. His personality and his documents stating that he has eyes in his internal organs and melts your brain really makes you thinking what the hell was going on in this facility.
The Chainsmoker looks a lot like a blob fish, which could be funny if you think that he just slides across the floor which is why he is slower than other anglers
He forgot about the AI creature that helps them mimic and eyefestation. It got a huge update in this new update for pressure and that's why I'm bringing it up.
By the way there is a new update called Friendly Fire instead of Sebastian saying get out when you flash beg him he'll grab you and throw you on the ground during half of your health the second time you will shoot you doing 100 damage one shoting you and if there's people he will say stuff to you like hope that teaches you not to do that ever again
What I think is amazing about the Searchlights is that they actually make you feel like prey, and not like a victim to be like so many other enemies in other games. Personally it always felt like I was one of those types of fish that hide in coral reefs during that final part. The way that you have to hide back stuff and that you'll get eaten if you're spotted.
Sebastian does actually kill you. If you use the flash beacon on him, he'll take like, half your health and break the beacon. If you buy a new one and use it again, he'll shoot you with a gun.

In my opinion, without the miscellaneous stuff, Squiddles should be B. They're an entity that'll be frequently encountered throughout the game. Their mechanics aren't too hard to counter, as well as special, but it's still a pretty good entity that makes you stay wary of dark rooms with a light source. ive gotten a ghost angler twice but was in lockers both times and didnt see if it had a jumpscare, instead of black pulsing around the edges it was white, barely made noise and was invisible.
I just played my third ever game of this solo and made it to door 83, besides your basic mobs I avoided pandemonium, a pinky underwater, a wall dweller that was basically inside me when I noticed and on top of the wall dweller there was also multi monster pulling up. And out of all that bs guess what I died to… I died to regular angler… because it came right after pinky underwater and the light didnt flicker because pinky was coming through… I feel pain…
