100% in Far Cry 6 requires you to complete everything in the "completionist aid", which is found on the world map. The completion aid is shown at 7:38:20.
I am really happy that I got sub 13 hours. I knew it was possible, but I didn't expect it to happen in this run! The main time save was just being able to do everything a little bit faster. This is my second attempt, so I didn't need to spend as much time marking stuff on the map, going over my notes, looking for stuff, etc. I also lost a bunch of time in my previous run, due to having to find a way into Hotel Paraiso after completing Paradise Lost, since the front doors are closed forever after that mission. That cache alone probably cost me 20 minutes in my 13h48m run.

Dude, I started watching the first part 10 days ago and at this exact moment, I finished watching part 2.
Things i would like to say:
- Oh my god, 25 minutes of load screens, this is basically the intro of far cry 5 only on loading screens 🤣
- it was a pleasure to watch this, it was like watching a series, I'm very happy to see people like you and chiefsupreme doing such impressive achievments in this game franchise that i love so much.

Thank you for the kind words. I am glad that you enjoyed! It was definitely a lot of work to do this run. Planning and practice took twice as long as the run itself, not to mention that this was my 2nd attempt at this route, and my 3rd FC6 100% run. I am very proud of the run.
Also, the load time is actually surprisingly low, relatively speaking. My 4 hour long full story run had 15½ minutes of load time. Most of the load time is fast travel and reloading checkpoint to skip dialogue, and since you have to cover the entire map to loot stuff, it makes more sense to just fly from spot to spot, so there really aren't that many more load screens.
I’m trying to 100% it myself, I’m like 70% and 40 hours into the damn game lol. the fact that you not only know where every one of the items are, but there are certain collectibles only available in certain missions. You are a wizard my friend.
Trust me, it is all down to preparation and practice, as well as the ridiculous amount of hours I have in the game at this point. This is my 3rd 100% run, and my 2nd attempt at this route, since the first run I did became obsolete. Long story. So I have spent almost 40 hours total doing the100% runs, as well as spending like 10-15 hours creating and writing down each of the two routes, AND doing a segmented practice run/playthrough of the two routes to make sure I got everything. All in all, about 80-90 hours culminating in this run. Not to mention the hundreds of hours I have spent doing other categories, and just playing the game casually.
There is only one item that I can recall being locked in a certain mission, which is a crate in Hotel Paraiso only accessible during Paradise Lost. Obviously I missed that, in my first attempt at this route. I did find a way to get in via an EMP explosive stuck to a car, but it cost like 20-30 minutes trying to get it, so I couldn't help but to redo the run, which resulted in this 12h55m run.
@@Binslev you should make videos where you document your experience of the games for first time play throughs rather than just speed runs I thought this game was very pretty lots of replay value it’s a good game to go back to
@@duncanct I have considered streaming my first playthroughs, but there are always 1 million playthroughs and let's plays of new games, so I don't really see the point. Also, I feel like there is an obligation when I am streaming or uploading to youtube. I would rather enjoy the game at my own pace the first time around.
I watched you entire run over my lunch breaks the past couple months, GG! So the free bonus missions aren’t included in 100%? Aren’t they considered Yaran Stories? Or the game doesn’t track those missions?
The game does not track those "special yaran stories" as part of 100% completion. And even if it did, we would not include them, since they are DLC, and since one of them (Dani & Danny vs Everybody) has already disappeared due to the Danny Trejo license only being for one year. Therefore, it would not make sense to include them, since more may disappear in the future.
I spent 50 hours just doing the outposts and stuff. Imagine a full 100% play through.

Yeah , it takes a long time to upload and process a 7+ hour video at this quality 😄 it'll be ready in a few hours, and Full HD should be ready about 24 hours from now.
