I have done dosa batter in this mixer but have not tried making idly batter because i use grinder for that

I am looking this at PARIS but unable to buy one, i think all the jars are plastified so with the duration and the method we apply on it may cause few cracks on jars, have you gone through this problem?

So far i have not had any problem but the quality of the jars is not that good we have to handle with care or else it will break. Thank you.

We can knead maida in the master chef jar, i have not tried kneading bakery items.
Please send suggestion to Preethi to add more blade options for slicing and grating. It's really a needed feature, as you rightly mentioned

Can we use this as normal mixer for grinding coconut for every days sambar , curries, ginger garib paste, boiled rice idlee dough,dosa dough etc? Dry haldi, chilly rice pd.

Hi, thank you so much. Yes we can use this as a normal mixer for everyday regular use like any other mixer. I have not used this for grinding idly batter and haldi but have used for other grinding like coconut, dosa batter, g g paste etc. Hope i have answered ur question, thank you so much.
hi Ramya, u made a good video, thnx. but does it not do dry grinding of hard spices? u didnt show those. kindly inform abt this, if possible, make a video of grinding dry spices fine. like cinnamon, cardomom, dry ginger, coriander seeds, garam masala, dry red chillies etc. it wud b so helpful. i too didnt understand but yr demo was quite clear. all d best. i wonder if anyone has bought it in north India?
Hi, thank you so much. I have grinded cinnamon, cardomom, pepper,jeera and dry chillies too. But i have not done turmeric and dry ginger. Iam worried that it may affect the blades. I will try to make a video on the topic

Had bad experience with chopper on first use
I cut the cabbage and place the blade and while running it the balde got stuck in the base of the jar. You have to be careful vegetables don’t fall on the blade before running it.
No issues with blender and chutney jars
Hello Ramya , I recently bought this model mixer grinder ; the 3 regular jars have some scratch/rust kind of marks inside . It is exactly at the handle joints , inside the jars . Can you please tell me if this model itself is like this ? Or mine is a faulty piece

Excellent demo! Used the machine as per your instructions. Juicer is leaking when I made orange juice just like you showed. What could be the reason...

In the juicer attachment, while making beetroot juice Coconut milk etc,after taking juice once,if you add water once again n grind,you may get the full extract.
Hi, yes we can do that but then the consistency of the juice becomes thin. If its ok then you cam do so. But still there is juice left in the pulp.

Hi shalini.. it is working very good. Carrot and beetroot juice can be extracted in the juicer ( i have shown the extraction of beetroot juice and how much juice is left in the pulp) please check the video for that. And to suggest a good juicer i have not used any juicer but have heard that a slow juicer extracts good amount of juice but do your research regarding the same and decide. Thank you

It grinds smooth, but not small quantities.

It is working fine. Plastic quality is not that good. I use grinder for making idly not this mixie

Hi sis... Juicer la orange seeds grind aguda elaya? Seeds grind achuna juice bitter taste erukumla. Unichef mixe seeds grind agala.

The mixer is working fine till date and the transparent jars are not very strong we have to handle it carefully

I liked your honest review... Today only I purchased the preeti zodiac.. I felt it could have been better... Very light weight, quality not so great, chances of cracking or breaking if it slips from hand 😐 we have to handle it carefully that's it

Hi, Arunkumar M V i bought this mixer around 8 months back, but my sister is using it since 2 years and its working great till now.
Preeti mixers are very durable and long lasting. I have since 10 years no issues
The juice machine is very loud is it only mine that has such a loud sound

Hi, it is a good mixer. But the transparent jars are not very strong we have to handle it carefully. if u are going to use the processor and juicer attachment you can go for it. Hope this helps.

What about the time consuming veggies like beans, okra, cluster beans, broad beans, ivy gourd (tendli/dondakkaya) etc?
I have shown how it chops beans. Its the same for okra also, not in proper shape and size.

Loved this review, Ma'am. It felt to the point, and nearly complete. I really wanted to know the dosa/idly batter processing, Mayonnaise/garlic paste preparation, and the atta mixing.
Are the jars lightweight? And would one get replacements if something happens?

Hi, thanks for your valuable feedback. To answer to your questions, i have made dosa batter in this and for idly batter i use grinder. The jar gets heated up when i tried grinding idly rice. I have made mayonnaise in the atta kneading jar and it turned out good. Atta kneading is also good but you can make only small quantity at a time. yes the transperant jars are light weight, not strong and you shd handle with care. Regarding replacement i have not faced any issues with the mixer till date, so no idea about that.
Ramya Samayal Thank you very much for your reply. I haven’t had issues with Preethi mixers and grinders, and the heating up issue is common if you let it go at a stretch without breaks. I have decided to go with it because at this price range, we won’t be able to find a better food processor, slicer and mixer. I have a dedicated juice machine so most probably I wouldn’t be using the juice jar.
I do see happy users including you in between all the negative comments, so I believe it can be taken good care of. Hope that’s the case.

You can even check Preethi Zodiac 2.0 which has some more advanced features compared to Preethi Zodiac( but i have not used it,so i dont know about its performance ).Regarding Preethi Zodiac, May be who ever didn't like Preethi Zodiac would have had bad experience with it, but i didn't face any problem till date, so honestly i told you whatever i have faced. So analyse before buying. All the best 👍😄

Don't waste huge money to buy it, they used a very low-quality Coupler (which help to connect your JAR), which easily broken within 3 months of buying.
Another person said their bush broke within 3 days. They also said noise was too high.
Sound of the mixer is it very loud ?
Yes it is loud, esp when using the processor jar.

After using dont let it dry, wash immediately and clean those mesh filter thoroughly and dry it well and then store. This may help you.
