Why are the normal headlights too bright? I get flashed from other drivers so often. Full beam is NOT on. I notice most newer cars have lights which are way too bright and dazzle me in the rear view mirror as well. It’s v dangerous

where is the button for adjusting headlight beam level?
How do I turn my spediometer lights on? They used to always be on but now only on if I have my dipped headlights or sidelights on
Why cant we drive fully turned off ?
Nobody talks about the rear lights. Are they always activated in position A?
Or just when the low beam lights come on.
During daytime move switch to A position, open door, step out of car, walk to rear of car and look at lights. I found the answer when I did this. 👍
