Skyr is sold in most supermarkets in the UK, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose. You'll have to take another trip over here and fill up your suitcase! All the best with your running and fitness journey. Staying motivated is tough, but good for you for giving it a shot. Fun fact about me - when I was at uni, I caught a serious infectious disease and had surgery to remove my entire left lung. For some mad reason, I decided to run a 5K race four months afterwards, to raise money for a national charity. Fast forward a few years later, I joined a running club and started training for a half marathon in 2020, but then COVID happened, the race got cancelled, and I was told to shield at home, so that was that. Last August, I fractured my foot and decided to rejoin the gym to strengthen it and start running again, but I haven't even set foot inside it yet 🫣
Hahahaha definitely an excuse to go back 😉 Your story is INSANE!! Love the commitment to not letting it keep you down and going to run a 5k not long afterwards 😅 Super impressive recovery :) Also I'm sorry to hear about the fracture :( If this is the motivation you need to get back into the gym then you've totally got this 💪 History proves that you're a powerhouse 🙌🙌
Wow, yet another video this week, what a treat! 🎉

I think the moral of this long winded tale is that I need to stop wasting my gym membership and follow your example! 😅
