First heard this play at The Roxy, Amsterdam for the 5th birthday, after spending the past few days record shopping through German, Belgium and the day before, found this in Amsterdam and thought I'd found the meaning of life.

I will have to say even though I was just two years old when this got released, this is an absolute banger of a dance track and I wish that Spotify did not delete this one! That synth chord grove, the beat, and the bass line is just incredible.
I remember buying this stuff on cassette tapes, n cds back n the days!😂😊😂 yea I still listen n xplore the new stuff.. most of it ain't near that old vibe!

+corecracker I have look through youtube and found a track or two on some compilations I bought back in 1992 in Adelaide. I am sure they are collecting dust some where. And would you believe it, I have the cover to Der Klang Der Familie Berlin 1992, but where is the disc? Kids?
@@Tonyxkx Techno, but in 1992 in the Netherlands we also called this gabber/gabberhouse (hardcore house) Nowadays, we can call this oldskool techno/early rave. For me it's timeless for a party 😎😉

@@Tonyxkx Over subgenres gesproken: Eind jaren 80 begin 90 tot 92 noemden wij alles gewoon 'house'. Je had zeker wel verschillen, maar in de eerste jaren had je niet specifiek een feest per genre. We maakten wel onderscheid tussen mellow(club) en hard. In clubs als roxy en IT in Amsterdam en Nighttown Rotterdam werden meer clubhouse gedraaid. Terwijl op de illegale feesten wat hardere en ruigere stijl werd gedraaid. Daar is later ook gewoon hardcore/gabber uit voortgekomen. In 91/92 kreeg je echt al wel een splitsing in genres. Maar check m'n playlists, 88 tot 92 elk jaar een lijst. Harde stijl en meer groovy en acid. Maar de eerste jaren kon je alles horen op een feest. Veel was puur experimenteel.
