To connect the train, use the Crowbar located at RTM_Tools to right-click one train's wheel, press the wheel to get into the cab, and then attach it to another train. I recommend using chunk loader as 1.

I don’t use 1.12.2 for this mod because it usually crashes. 1.7.10 seems to work tho

it doesn't work cause you cant put a folder in a folder
edit: the modelpack in the mods folder where does it need to go
edit2: i am sincerely sorry that i am incorrect, you have to download both modelpacks on the site, do NOT unpack the zip folders, just put those 2 in the mods folder and you are done.

I'm sorry but Real Train Mod does not support version 1.8. This mod offers 1.7.10 / 1.10.2 / 1.12.2 version

Works for both. However the 1.7.10 version has extra features like the motorman.
MTR is a mod for newer versions of the game and the trains mainly run automatically. Pretty good mod if I’m totally honest
