Mbaise USA Medville Medical City Groundbreaking Ceremony In Mbaise

On Wednesday May 15th 2024, the vision of the first of its kind Medical Village in Africa came alive in Mbaise with the Medville Medical City Groundbreaking Ceremony courtesy of Mbaise USA comprising of Mbaise Sons and daughters based in the United States and Medville led by Dr. Nancy Uloma Akunna- Vice President, American International School of Medicine.
This epoch-making event attracted the Who is who in Mbaise home and abroad as well as dignitaries across Imo State, including the Executive Governor of Imo State, ably represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Health-Dr. Prosper Ahanya and other fellow Commissioners.
Medville Medical City is a Multi-million dollars and multi-purpose project set to redefine the healthcare system cum services in Nigeria and Africa at large, especially its closest communities: Mbaise, Imo State and Igbo land in General. This ambitious Project will also change the social dynamics and economic landscape of Mbaise and Imo State if actualized.
The project is designed to accommodate: a specialist hospital of International Standard , College of Medicine, School of Nursing, State of the Art Recreation facilities, 5 Star Hotels, International Standard elementary and Secondary Schools, Big shopping malls, ICT hub, Quality road networks and several other social amenities and infrastructures...Wow isn't it ?
The excitement and Camaraderie among the dignitaries and good people of Mbaise was so palpable as you can feel the shared sense of optimism, pride and Community.
