Mate you are a lifesaver, seeing this in the first 5 days of further maths has stunned me but you have managed to fully explain it to me! You actually take time to explain everything instead of skipping steps and assuming everyone knows everything.
I'm doing further maths at GCSE and have been using your videos and was wondering why at 21:04 you use 10C1 through 10C4 for the first four terms rather than 10C0 through 10C3 as the values are right in the sense of the question but not in the sense of the calculator output. Other than that your channel is extremely helpful
Thanks James for always supporting this guy. We need more people like you, Nathan and the gcse maths tutor in this world. Hope you do well in your studies!!
SUPERRRR SIR I THOUGHT I WILL FAIL THIS YEAR BROAD EXAM BUT AFTER FOUND UR CHANNEL & WATCHING UR VIDEO REALLY MAKE ME THINK CONFIDENTLY THAT I WILL PASS THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR EXISTING!💘✨✨💫
Ahhh I labelled it wrong but the numbers and answer is right! I do this sometimes as I know Pascal’s triangle in my head so I don’t use a calculator until the 15th or 16th row 🤣
hello there, this is one heck of a fantastic channel, really helped me to get a top grade in gcse maths and further maths. I am doing a-level maths and was wondering if you covered statistics? many thanks
I get stuck when both of the terms in the brackets are an *x* or when the x is the denominator of a division, or when there is a combination of these. Eg. ( x + 2/x )^5 How would I go about this.🙃
Hi, I watched your tutorial for this as refreshing my A level Maths in binomial topic. I understood the first question and completed it without any problem (as I paused your tutorial and solve it before comparing with your step by step working out and happy with the result. The second question, I just want to ask, as the question is asking to find the first 4 terms, I used the pascal triangle to find the coefficients and choose row correctly, with coefficients are: 1,5,10,10,5,1 and I expected the last two coefficients 5 and 1 also being count in but in your tutorial it you did not choose them, may I ask a why question please? Also for the third question finding 3 terms in accending power of x of the binomial (1+px) power of 10. how did you find out the second and third coefficients are 10 and 45 please?
Hi, Thx for your videos. I have 2 questions, plz ans! 1. Is this applicable for Edexcel? 2. If I sub 0.1 into formula in the q will i get the ans wrong or have marks deducted. although the ans is the same - there is a difference of 0.0001 approx plz let me know!! thx! :)
The combinations of the last number need to be corrected because when a student does it on the side they get a different answer from yours and that becomes confusing since many trust this site and your videos 😢

I cannot thank you enough my teacher would have had to go to hell and back to teach this to the whole class.
So glad to hear I could help 😁🙏🏼
at 22:17 you did 10C1 instead of 10C0, so at the end it should be 10C3=120 instead of 10C4=120
i thought my calculator was broken 💀

That’ll be very helpful for anyone doing a level maths I’ll definitely share it! Thanks sir really appreciate it!!
Thank you so much, next waiting for all of as pure maths "differentiation".

he just made that mistake.

Thank you for saving my a level maths as well as gcse!
i’m in year 10, and we did binomial expansion in fm class, this is great to revise from for a test soon its super helpful so thank you :)
@Bottle_of_air YT fm= further maths
This is the only channel that I follow on TH-cam for maths 🌸💜
Just love it.. Thanks for making the maths learning journey easier for us ♥️🤘🏻
So glad you are enjoying the channel! Thank you for the kind words 😁🙏🏼
Literally watched this for 5 mins and now i can do binomial estimation. thanks!
This is so underrated I swear😭I finally understood this unit and I think you saved me from getting like 20 on my exam tomorrow. Thank you so muchhhh
Subscribed because this actually made sense and works
I really cant thank you enough for this video.
Shot for this vid! This is exactly what I need to work on!!! 😊
thank u very straight forward and understandable explanations
No problem at all! Glad your finding them useful 😁🙏🏼
The GOAT Maths Tutor.
20:34 did you mean starting from 10C0 and not 10C1? i think you did this q wrong

@@TheGCSEMathsTutor ohh okay
So do we start from 10c0 ?
@@Hellooo1357 yes
@@Hellooo1357 Yup
Can you use nCr with a negative power? My calculator says it’s outside the domain… love the vid, thanks
Bro, I dont even know how to thank you, such a life saver u are ❤❤
Sir why didn’t you use 10c0 as a first term why did you use 10c1 instead 20:50
lol I saw that too, very confused at first
i dont get it either
I think it was just a little mistake as 10c0 comes out as 1 and he just mistakenly wrote 10C1 is 1 but it is 10
Perfect.
This is very useful thanks so much I'm currently doing this in a levels rn!

You are amazing, this channel helped me so much during covid and my gcse and again during my a-levels now
Happy to help! So glad the channel is useful for you 😁🙏🏼
Yo honestly really helpful, such a legend
Can you please upload integration & differentiation as maths, really need it before next Thursday.
20:46 why was 10C0 not the first term?
He messed up XD
I love you man ur a genius ❤❤❤❤❤ I appreciate your work u have done sooo hard work for us thankssssss alotttt
17:11 why does we take px as squared
thankkk you!! amazing as always :))

Thank you very much 👍🏼❤️
Can you make a video going over the difficult content that comes up in aptitude tests when applying to do a level maths
Hi i just wanna ask that my teacher said eg when the question says first 4 terms we need to start with 0 like 10C0 10C1 10C2 10C3 is that right
My teacher said smthn like that too , like 10C2 = 10/2. Idk if I wasn’t listening properly
Do you have a video on limits

Exam morning and all i can say that us that ur an absolute G
how did ur exam go??
Will Pascal's triangle ever come up in the AQA exams, or is it more for helping to understand binomials?
in edexcel it more to just understand
Clear ❤

its either in the tools or catalog i dont remember as i use graphical calculator now 😁
Trigonometry a level?
Yeah I understiod really well but when you were doing the sum at 18:55 why did you neglect the p^2
It wasn't neglected he divided both sides by p to get rid of the square
thanks
Life saver
bro is carrying my a levels at this point lmao
thanks alot! From your mod, meatloaf lol also can u make a series for inequality english questions? It's for my brother, thanks!
Amazing
very helpfull
16:00
This topic is also in the igcse.
at 18:24 isn't the coefficient of x^2 45p^2 ?
the calculation should be 45p^2 x 9 = 10p
(10p is the coefficient of x)
