  • The ongoing fracas between Dangote, and the Petroleum Regulatory Agencies is not good for the refinery, NNPC and Nigerians. I'm happy that the Minister of State for Petroleum and Gas, Heineken Lokpobiri has intervened. However, investigations into the allegations of substandard imported fuels in Nigeria must be efficiently done.

If the Dangote refinery were to be a federal government project, what we would be hearing is that, it costs twenty trillion dollars not, billion😅

The Port Harcourt Refinery, Nigeria's first oil refinery, was initially built by the Shell-BP Petroleum Development Company, making it a private venture at the time of its establishment in 1965. However, the Nigerian government gradually increased its stake in the refinery through various participatory agreements.

I think a judicial panel of inquiry with time limited period will do a better job of investigating all these allegations. The CBN inquiry is a pointer in case to follow.

Sorry!!! This speaker has no idea of what he's discussing. Why not the 445,000000 barrel allocated to our non-functioning 4 refinery, be given to our local dangote refinery.
They have personal interest & gain over Nigeria interest. Shame to Nigeria 🇳🇬 govt for not slamming down on this cabals.
