- Yay!! So happy and excited to share my first nylon bag by Mina Baie and also in the Mini Emmy! I love the purse vibe and beautiful silhouette that this bag has. I remember when each of my kids turned 1 year old and needed a smaller bag and there just wasn't one on the market that was cute back in the day. So I love that the Mini Emmy has the functionality of a diaper bag even though it's a mini size and it still looks like a beautiful purse.

Yay, I’m glad that you’re happy with your choice! I have this exact bag and I love it so much for an everyday bag for either just me or for both my daughter and me. She’s older, so I don’t need as much for her other than snacks and water. =)

Great video! Do you think the mini would be good as a diaper bag to carry nappies and wipes in, as well as things like snacks and change of clothes? I'm tossing up between the midi and mini size - I'm a minimalist packer but would still like a bag that holds the essentials!
Yes, I think the mini can hold those items just fine. The mini is a great size for just the essentials.
Thanks so much for your videos - they've been so useful as I try to figure out what diaper bag to get (we're expecting our first soon!!) although I STILL can't decide! Any idea how each of the Mina Baie materials would hold up in rain? I'm leaning towards getting a mini Mina Baie because I can't imagine needing anything bigger with just one and for shorter trips, plus being quite a minimal packer myself. If I wanted to carry it as a backpack, it sounds like you would prefer one of the other minis instead (e.g. Stevie) - is that right?
Hi! All of my leather, vegan leather, and nylon bags have held up fine in the rain. I would still try to, if possible, keep the bag dry on bad weather days. I personally have never tried the mini stevie, but I would still recommend that style. I think the mini harper and mini stevie are great options if you're looking for a backpack style.
I just bought this bag and love it. Thinking about getting a midi for longer travel. Do you recommend the vegan midi or would you suggest the nylon midi? Can’t decide on the materials because I love the nylon but don’t know if I should get vegan instead for the midi. Please share your thoughts :)
I dont think it's a bad idea to get the midi in the vegan. It's nice to have options and different materials so it doesn't feel like you have the exact same bag. I hope that sort of made sense lol. I usually opt for nylon for travel bc it's lighter, but it's all personal preference :)
Love this! Is the mini emmy bigger (or hold more) than Kerikit greta? I checked the dimensions on both and they're quite similar, but in this vid, it seems more spacious✨😍 Would love to see a comparison video
I would say the greta is much smaller than the mini emmy. I can actually fit the greta inside of the mini emmy 😆

I want the Steven but what’s care free and easy to clean? Nylon or vegan leather?
I think the nylon is more carefree. You don't have to worry about nylon getting scuffed and scratched like you would with vegan leather. Which is easier to clean will depend. If you have a minor or light stain or spill, both vegan leather and nylon are easily wipeable. I've also had some serious stains that were very stubborn on both nylon and vegan leather that required a lot of elbow grease so again, it really just depends.
Is this a good size for a first time petite and minimal?
If you are a minimal packer, i think this could work. I carried a lot during the newborn stage so the mini size would be too small.
I’m due in a few months so I’m researching bags. Do you still like this bag? I wonder if this is good for me. I’m a minimal mom on the go. Lots of after school activities, shopping, outings etc
I decluttered my office so I dont currently have this bag, but I do still like it. It's definitely one of my top picks from Mina Baie.

Do you think the mini Emmy and a longchamp bag are comparable in size?
Unfortunately, ive never had a longchamp or seen one in person to know if the two bags are comparable in size.

I had a little destash so I no longer have the mini emmy. But the mini emmy is bigger and fit a lot more than the paige mini.
@@LinhWing which of the two did you prefer? Sounds like maybe the Paige mini since you sold the Emmy mini?
@@carlap.7342 I think it comes down to personal preference. The mini emmy has a lot more external and internal pockets which are helpful. If you like more organization and need more space, then the mini emmy is a great choice. I have had my paige minis for 4 years now and I really like how unique the 3d cotton quilting is. It's also different than other bags I have which is why I love it so much.
Is the Mini Emmy almost the same size as Jujube hobobe? Can you compare both of them? 🥹 you’re vid of KR hobobe is the reason why I bought it. Now I’m thinking of getting this, Midi Emmy or the full one Emmy. 🤔
