I think she's so intent on impressing and gaging the reaction of the person in front of her and adjusting her words and behavior to the reaction that it sounds like a beauty pageant contestant's answer. She's like the Hermione of Bollywood- the know it all who thinks she always has the perfect answer or phrase to say to impress everyone, but because it's inauthentic and not from the heart, it comes across as disconnected and cold and just... strange. People can feel that disconnected energy from her and hence the constipated expression of the interviewer. If we all went blind and no one focused on her physical appearance, you would see a person who struggles to truly connect with people because she's trying to impress them instead.
Vikram Jhan then don watch her interviews. Every person's way of expressing is different. If you are so much in rush , then don watch interviews.
