As an Indonesian Muslim, I can only pray that Allah guides these sisters and brothers to the peace of Islam.
With all due respect to beloved Muslims, I find the Muslim argument (to be polite) not very convincing. The argument goes something like "We call Allah 'God' and the one you worship is also called 'God' so no problem we worship the same God as your God".
Or "The Jews worship one God and we worship one God so we worship the same God"
Or "Arab Christians call him 'Allah'. The NAMES are the SAME therefore we worship the same God!"
This often repeated argument is terrible, deceitful and dangerous.
Just because you attend and use the name 'COLLEGE' and I attend COLLEGE, does it always mean that we attend the SAME college?
No it's NOT the SAME College!
'COLLEGE' is just a GENERIC NAME and people attend colleges with different names, principals and curriculum just as we can prove that Allah of the Kaaba and the true God of Israel (although both are called 'God') are NOT the same God and have different attributes.
Even an infant at kindergarten knows that his kindergarten is not the same kindergarten as the neighboring child's kindergarten although both attend an institution called 'KINDERGARTEN'!
The Muslim argument is: 'kindergarten' and 'kindergarten'? No problem, same kindergarten!
Frankly this argument is the most mindless and tragic argument I've ever heard because the scriptures do state that Satan who is the PROUD one also desires to be worshipped as the ONE ☝️true God and will claim to be the Most High! (Isaiah 14:12-14)
"Your heart became PROUD on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings."
(Ezekiel 28:17)
After the Torah and Gospel, who came with a book claimed to be the "final revelation" and claims two of his 99 names to be the MOST HIGH and the MOST PROUD?

Arab Christians worship "Allah" and Arameic Christian call him "Alaha". Does this mean that they worship the same god Allah of the Qur’an?? NO. Most Muslims falsely believe this to be true but it is a very, very bad lie which is very offensive to Arab Christians who believe in the God who became flesh (Isaiah 40:3-5, Malachi 3:1 John 1:1,14) and died for the sins of mankind (Isaiah 53).
The noun Allah is a GENERIC name to these groups but the IDENTITY of the deities/beings is different. They are different gods!
The pre-Islamic crescent moon and star god of the Kaaba, Hubal-He who is Baal (a mutation of Satan)-was called 'al-ilah' (the god). 'Allah' of the Kaaba is a shortening of 'al-ilah' (the god). In fact, Hubal was worshipped by Muhammad’s grandfather (Abdu'l-Muttalib) and father (Abdullah) as 'Allah' of the Kaaba and Muhammad’s grandfather dedicated Muhammad to Hubal at the centre of the Kaaba. So by using the same logic then the Islamic Allah of the crescent moon and star symbols is Hubal since they share, not just the same NAME (ALLAH), but the same SHRINE 🕋 and SYMBOLS ☪️ too.
The Israelites referred to the true God of Israel (whom Allah of the Qur’an claims to be) by the Hebrew generic name "El" (meaning "The God") while the Canaanites of that period also referred to their false god as "El" yet these two groups were worshipping two totally different gods but sharing the same generic name. A Muslim claiming that Allah of the Kaaba is Allah of the Arab Christians is like a Canaanite claiming that his false god "El" is the God "El" of the Israelites!
Pathetic, ignorant and deceptive claim!
(El is where you get names like GabriEL, IsraEL)
Indeed Jesus would have used the Arameic "Alaha" which shares a similar linguistic root to the Arabic "Allah" but it ALSO does apply to the Hebrew "Elohim".
Jesus prayed "Abba, Father". There is no word like 'Allah-Abba' or 'Allah-father'" in Islam. Jesus was praying to the true God of the Torah and Gospel who spiritually is our FATHER (Deuteronomy 32:6, Isaiah 63:16, 64:8, Jeremiah 31:9)
Remember, Allah of the Qur’an, in no way, shape or form (spiritually, literally or metaphorically) is he FATHER to anyone (QS 6:100).
When Arabic-speaking Christians use the word Allah, it is usually used in combination with the word al-Ab. Allah al-Ab means “God the Father,” and this usage is one way Arab Christians differentiate themselves from Muslims and their moon and star god of the idolatrous Black Stone and Kaaba.
Therefore Allah of the Qur’an is NOT the Allah of the Arab Christians or Alaha of Arameic Christians, although the Allah of the Arab Christians IS the Alaha of the Arameic Christians because they share the same IDENTITY!
Arab and Aramaic Christians worship the true God of the Torah and Gospel whose special, eternal and covenant name (which he revealed to mankind through Moses) is "the God of Abraham, Isaac and the God of Jacob" (Exodus 3:15).
Is the covenant name of the true God any one of the 99 names of the 7th century god, Allah? NO.
Allah of the Kaaba is still the same Hubal of the Kaaba. Allah of the Kaaba is the GREATEST THEFT OF THE IDENTITY of the God of Israel AND his prophets in the history of mankind!

Is the law of the QUR’AN superior to the law of LOVE taught by Jesus in the GOSPEL?
If God is LOVE, is the Law of Love not superior then?
"Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is LOVE." (1 John 4:8)
While Jesus conquered with LOVE, the Messenger of Allah conquered by TERROR of a month's journey.
The CORE and BEAUTIFUL message of Christianity is LOVE:
"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is LOVE." (1 Corinthians 13:13)
"if I have a FAITH that can move mountains, but DO NOT have LOVE, I am nothing (1 Corinthians 13:2).
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “ ‘LOVE the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘LOVE your neighbor as yourself.’ ALL THE LAW AND THE PROPHETS HANG ON THESE TWO COMMANDMENTS.”(Matthew 22:36-40).
"LOVE does NO HARM to a neighbor. Therefore LOVE is the FULFILLMENT of the LAW." (Romans 13:10)
All the decisions, actions and traditions of men (colonialism, slavery, inquisitions, etc) supposedly in the name of God will be judged accordingly, for clearly their actions can never be justified in the scriptures. They caused HARM to their neighbor. For the scriptures teach: "whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.(Matthew 7:12). Don't be misled from the truth by cheap Dawah: judge a religion (Christianity) by its scriptures than by the decisions (gay rights, rights for prostitutes etc), actions, and traditions of men!
Take the example of the early Christians: while Muhammad conquered by terror and slaughter of the sword, the early Christians conquered a mighty empire (Rome) not with an army but by the LOVE for their God, being slaughtered by the sword and being fed to lions in Roman stadiums. They conquered by the testimony of Jesus Christ and loved not their lives even unto death (Revelation 12:11).
“You have heard that it was said, ‘LOVE your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, LOVE your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
(Matthew 5:43-45).
"Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister." 1 John 4:20-21
"We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in HIM. (1 John 3:14-15).
Jesus said, "Greater LOVE has no one than this: to lay down one’s LIFE for one’s friends.(John 15:13)
"he poured out his LIFE unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."
(Isaiah 53:12).
Genesis 22:2 Hebrew Bible.
"And He said, "Please take your son, your ONLY ONE, whom you LOVE, yea, ISAAC, and go away to the land of Moriah and bring him up there for a burnt offering on one of the mountains, of which I will tell you." בוַיֹּ֡אמֶר קַח־נָ֠א אֶת־בִּנְךָ֨ אֶת־יְחִֽידְךָ֤ אֲשֶׁר־אָהַ֨בְתָּ֙ אֶת־יִצְחָ֔ק וְלֶ֨ךְ־לְךָ֔ אֶל־אֶ֖רֶץ הַמֹּֽרִיָּ֑ה וְהַֽעֲלֵ֤הוּ שָׁם֙ לְעֹלָ֔ה עַ֚ל אַחַ֣ד הֶֽהָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר אֹמַ֥ר אֵלֶֽיךָ:
Isaac was the ONLY SON in the sense that he was the son of God's promise whereas Ishmael was conceived out of Abraham and Sarah's own human decision and rebelliousness to God's promise to them. Isaac's sacrifice account was a shadow of the crucifixion to come: a son (Isaac) submitted himself to his father on the hill. In a later date, the Son would submit himself to the will of THE Father on the hill.
“Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42)
"For God so LOVED the world that he gave his one and ONLY SON, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
God is Love, the Law of Love is superior and salvation comes about because of the Love of God. Blessings.
2. But what is the Islamic MESSAGE?
If I love my neighbor, I don't STEAL, RAPE, commit ADULTERY or LUST after his wife;
If I LOVE my neighbor, I do not bring down a verse (QS 4:24) calling for me to RAPE or have an ADULTEROUS relationship with a captive woman whose husband is still alive. Where is the morality here? Judge a religion by its scriptures.
Remember, LOVE does no HARM to a neighbor.
If I love my neighbor, I don't LUST after his wife.
About LUST, Jesus said:
“Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: but I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman TO LUST after her hath committed ADULTERY with her already in his heart (Matthew 5:27-28).
Muhammad about LUST:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Apostle as saying:
“Verily Allah has FIXED the very portion of ADULTERY which a man will indulge in, and which he of necessity MUST COMMIT. The adultery of the eye is the lustful look, and the adultery of the tongue is the licentious speech,the heart desires and yearns, which the parts may or may not put into effect.” Sahih Muslim 2657b
If I LOVE my neighbor, I don't KILL my neighbor because he has a different belief system to mine. Rather I share the word of God with him.
If I LOVE my neighbor, I do not bring down a verse (QS 9:29) calling on Muslims to kill Christians and Jews: "Fight against such of the people who despite having been GIVEN THE SCRIPTURE do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, and who do not hold unlawful what Allâh and His Messenger have declared to be unlawful, and do not subscribe to the true faith, until they pay the Jizya, provided they can afford it, and they are content with their state of subjection."
Judge Islam by its scriptures! This is NOT LOVE but HARM and TERROR to my NEIGHBOR.
Jesus was warning about Muhammad and his god, Allah, when he said: “They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. (John 16:2).
Jesus did not teach to KILL but taught to PREACH repentance and forgiveness of sins in his name to all nations (Luke 24:47)
If I LOVE my neighbor I don't raid and STEAL from his caravans, as Muhammad did.
I do HARM to my neighbor (as the Messenger of Allah did) when I marry a child playing with dolls at the age of 6 and sleep with her as a PREPUBERCENT at 9 years old (Sahih al-Bukhari 6130)
But Jesus Christ loved little children and said if any one causes a child to stumble it would be better for them to be tied to a heavy stone and drowned in the sea (Matthew 18:6).
LASTLY, about SINNING, Allah of the Qur’an says:
"By Him in whose hand is my soul, if you did not sin, Allah would REPLACE you with people who WOULD SIN and they would seek forgiveness from Allah and He would forgive them."
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2749, Grade: Sahih
Surah 4:31 "If you avoid the major sins forbidden to you, We will absolve you of your ˹lesser˺ misdeeds and admit you into a place of honour."
In Christianity ALL sin is an abomination before God. God would rather that we do not commit any sin at all.
About SINNING, the God of Israel in the Torah says:
"I am the Lord your God; consecrate yourselves and BE HOLY, because I am holy." (Leviticus 11:44).
"For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, Nor shall evil dwell with You." (Psalms 5:4).
The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23)
Allah of the Qur’an seems like the devil who wants to deceive you into abomination/sin by making false assurances which will only lead you, not to his false illusion of heaven (Jannah of 72 virgins) but to HELL. Allah's path is the crooked path.
Do you really believe that Allah of the idolatrous Kaaba and the God of Israel are the same God as he claims in Surah 29:46? If you do believe it, then you have been deceived. If you don't believe it, then Allah is a lier.
It is obvious they are NOT the same God. Which God gives the right guidance to do the right thing-to the straight path? Whom do you CHOOSE?
Be careful that in choosing, you do not make the choice which lacks morality and condemns you to hell.
