Ponz was my guy. He came up at the same time as the current top guys at WW. Usman/Colby/Edwards, he was right there with them. Even ranked higher before his absents. Wonder if he can regain what he had. Leach was a tough fight after a 2+ year layoff.
Ponzinibbio was the absolute top prospect at WW before he was sidelined with all the medical issues. I really hope he can find back to his old form, though I sadly think it's unlikely. He may just be one of those "what could've been" stories.

Plus, he had all of the injuries and stuff and was making a comeback and I always pull for the underdog. Which, I think he was the favorite going into the Li fight, but when you come back after a layoff that long with all of those injuries then you’re an underdog in a way. So “big fan”, I won’t claim to be one. But just a regular fan, sure 🙃🙃
