She is also therefore queen of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (as well as several Commonwealth countries and territories). Could you please use the more correct term UK Queen?

At first it was considered a poor man's food (albeit the great depression) it took a lot of work by a young entrepreneur named Nathan to convince people it was good wholesome and cheap - he reinvented the hot dog and as you probably know it's well all most as American as apple pie !
