    Really enjoy your quizzes and the explanations you give with the answers. I don't even mind the occasional spelling mistake!
    Just one point - in a few questions you refer to Elizabeth II as the "Queen of England". While this is technically so, England is just one part of the United Kingdom. She is also therefore queen of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (as well as several Commonwealth countries and territories). Could you please use the more correct term UK Queen?

    16/20 - I kinda thought Pineapple didn't originate in Hawaii but safed on that as it would bother me if it was Hawaii and I didn't pick it. As for Rice Bubbles I don't consider cereal a "dish" so I went with Dessert, but fair enough.

    Love your channel❤️❤️. I’m a bit confused on the question about hot dogs. There was no Queen of England in 1939. Did you mean the future Queen Elizabeth or perhaps King George’s wife, the Queen Mum? I find all your questions very interesting and educational. Thank you

    • @davideisemann7130
      @davideisemann7130 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I kinda found that a little bit amusing (no offense) but don't they have hot dogs in the U.K. ?

    • @HotelPapa100
      @HotelPapa100 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@davideisemann7130 Today, yes. Though the Queen probably still wouldn't eat one. Back then: Not served in a roll. The closest traditional dish would probably be toad in a hole (a sausage in Yorkshire pudding)

    • @davideisemann7130
      @davideisemann7130 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HotelPapa100 aw man that sounds a little gross ! No offense . If you research the history of the hot dog in the U.S. it's interesting. At first it was considered a poor man's food (albeit the great depression) it took a lot of work by a young entrepreneur named Nathan to convince people it was good wholesome and cheap - he reinvented the hot dog and as you probably know it's well all most as American as apple pie !

    • @HotelPapa100
      @HotelPapa100 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@davideisemann7130 Well, the British have such colourful names of dishes as "spotted dick", "bubble and squeak", "bangers and mash"...
      And Yorkshire pudding of course is not a thing an American would call "pudding", but a kind of bready pastry. The sausage is baked right in.

    Roosevelt technically didn't give Queen Elizabeth hotdogs in 1939 she wasn't the Queen then.I presume you meant George V's wife ? The Queen's Mother.

    • @leemmai772
      @leemmai772 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The question as written is 100% correct. The present Queen's (Elizabeth II) mother is the Queen in question. As the wife of the British King in 1939, she was known as Queen Elizabeth. So Roosevelt did indeed serve hotdogs to the Queen of England. George V was her FATHER-IN-LAW. When Queen Elizabeth & her husband George VI visited the U.S. her father-in-law had been dead for at least 3 years. You are right in that after her husband's (George VI) death, she was downsized to Queen Mother.
