Yes , you can download and take them in a pendrive to walmart and get photo prints according to the frame size. But make sure to download hd images, do not save the images which seems blurry to you.

Hey swathi sorry I forgot to mention….go to paint and resize it accordingly and them print them. So that you’ll get exact frame images.
