किसी की प्रॉपर्टी खरीदने से पहले गवर्मेंट गाइड लाइन जरूर चेक कर लीजिए अगर उससे कहि कम में प्रॉपर्टी सेल हो गई तो लेने वाले कि वाट लग जायेगी जितने कम में प्रॉपर्टी सेल हुई है उसका पेमेंट भी भरना पड़ेगा
Need urgent help sir as auction date is 28 July 23.....🙏 I am planning to bid in bank auction for residential property...bt that bldg is going under redevelopment & development agreement between builder & existing society members have already been done & bldg is empty now & will be demolished soon....Now builder is saying that i will not give benefits to you ( i.e.Rent which he will be paying to existing members, corpus fund Money he will be paying to existing members etc) as i have done agreement with previous member( defaulter) & not you.... So i am confused, should i participate in auction or not? I feel that in future he may also say that I'll not give extra carpet area which he has promised to give to existing members as per agreement. Request you to plz guide.
@@md-pq8pc I don't think so..If property is mortgaged... It's technically a Bank's property... Builder ll have a legal fight with bank for sure... Just keep yourself out of it.
@@GuideMyFinanceok sir... yes, property is mortgaged & hence bank took possession as per SARFAESI....I think all the benefits available to trasferror will get transferred to transferee na...so legally builder is bound to give benefits to new member.
maine 2020 mein bank auction main property kharidi thi or bank ko full payment bhi kar di thi lekin bank abhi tak mujhe property par kabza nahi de paya hai. Iske liye main court bhi gaya or phir 4 saal se high court mein case bhi lad raha hun lekin result is 0_________________, only tareekh pe tareekh uske baad phir nayi tareekh so pls don't buy auction property
