This is shotokan karate, the style I do :) the first Kata is called “enpi” and the second is called “kankudai” then she spars for a bit, and last kata she does is called “heian sandan” the first two are black belt katas and the last one is typically learned at blue belt. Very impressive. It took me ten years to get my black belt and the fact that her katas are very fierce at that age is beyond incredible.

She wrote it for Adele who bought a lot of songs that the co-writer Greg Kurstin wrote. Greg and Sia wrote "Chandelier" together and have been working together for 12 years. So Greg got work because of his collaboration with Sia -- he wrote "Hello" for that album but this one, she didn't think was right for her.

She could also have actual problems with her voice, after all she was at one point extremely bad on drugs and alcohol (most of her songs are about her addictions, including this one).
