    Fermented foods are great fun with so many different ways to make and use them. I hope you are still out there and start making videos again. We need all the vegan food information we can get.
    As for a freezer trick with Rejuvelac, freeze in ice cube trays and then put in a container for using in smoothies or just adding to a beverage. I also use it for making salt free ferments, which taste amazing.

    In the beginning of the video it showed a jar sitting in a tree outside...can I ferment my stuff outside in the sunlight, or is that like so not gonna happen?

      That was just some fun B roll I shot. I think the sun might mess with the process. I'd do it in the fridge.

    Do the bubbles eventually go away? After the 1st day of fermentation there were bubbles. But after the 2nd day, the bubbles disappeared. Tasted it. Tasted like quinoa soaked water.
