Some people giving gyaan the the main theme of this show isn't a love story. We know that very well,( that's why people were patient since one year) but that "gyaani" People are not understanding the context in which people are disappointed with Neil's exit.
The context is
1) If love story isn't supposed to exist when main plot is different then why did makers show this couple for freaking whole year???
2) It's not about just romantic scenes, it's about injustice to a character which has lot of potential. Neil was shown as a hardworking professional person in the beginning, his mother's character wasn't introduced but his father played a significant role in the show.
So the past of Neil's mother can be shown related to Mahajans for his significant involvement in a track. Or something else like a tragedy or misunderstanding and a time gap of miscommunication where the leads come against each other despite being in love ( related to business only not typical kitchen politics) .
3) His character supported Yuvika in her bad times but him not getting Yuvika's companionship during her good times is absolute injustice to his character.
4) We aren't demanding romantic scenes 24/7 but atleast just want continuation of a simplistic love story depicting that a girl can be married or unmarried and can balance btw her personal and professional relations. That's it. And makers if they will they can be creative enough to write a solid track for Neil relating to FL Yuvika too.
Those "gyaani" People will be biggest hypocrites if now they believe that love story isn't supposed to exist and, after a few episodes the SAME people are demanding to see love story of Rivals i. e Yash and Yuvika.
I didn't mean to offend anyone it's just my pov.

Karthik was temporary it was decided since the beginning but for neil it wasn't planned and it's a stupid prank for audience who were waiting patiently since a year. It's makers lack of creativity that they can't show the same track after marriage or being in relationship with neil.

I think it's Mohit decision bcoz he is lead actor but. Here he is shown for 5 min 10 min and even his character growth is not much bcoz this was based on sister and brother vanshaj and on but not on love story he has been in this show for 1 year and I think it's time for him to move on and get better roles😊
