Personally, I liked that the high pitched voice was in the narration. For me it just gives a feeling that the person speaking is crying. .

I always say "I love you," when she says it. It's because she has so much emotion, and I feel as though if I say it with her I won't be affected as much as when I hear her say it alone. Alone, it sends shivers up and down my spine.
Plus... every time I say it there is this one person on my mind, who I believe truly deserves to be told "I love you" in such a meaningful manner.

I'd say it's falling in love with a human, since (at least I've heard so, correct me if I'm wrong) angels are said to have no gender, so logically they can't fall in love with someone of the same sex.

The Apple symbolizes the love Rin has for Miku, The rotten Apple len has Shows that rin still loves miku but is rotten because It shows she might have to sacrifice herself. The apple Miku has shows she loves Len.

No, Kaito was in love with Rin(he's an angel as well) who gave up one her wings to be human and became Len so she could be with Miku. Hope this helped

I see it more as that Rin(the angel) Falls in love, but Miku rejected her, and so she made a deal with the devil and became male, which corrupted her. But when Miku died from Gakupo(A male angel that loved Rin)'s gun, Rin(as Len) chose to give his immortality to revive Miku.

Awww the "I love you" was cute
Rin, at the beginning, is basically an angel without gender. She then falls in love with a human (which supposedly is a sin) and loses her wings, becoming human and gaining gender (becomes Len). When miku was dying, he/she decides to give up her life and depart from the world to save miku, and since she gave up being an angel to be with her, rin basically just dissapears.
That's my take on it, anyway.
