Great video man! I know it came out some years ago but seems like you have a great grasp on your property and exactly what you need to get your work done. A lot of maintenance techs have overloaded bags with 90 percent of stuff they don’t need. I hope you are still in the trade. Thanks for sharing!

Love the toilet cap foot idea. Great video

Bit late to this, but a great video and a nice selection of tools...Only negative thing I would say is about the pouch...Your trying to use it as a tote, and that's what you really need for the amount of tools you carry....

Thank you for pausing long enough for me to get the part# on the Klein Non-Contact Tester. NCVT-4IR. I need one of those.

Great video! Great picture quality & sound. I have that same pouch. It's cool to see what others have in their EDC.

Just keep your tools clean oil them and it will last for a long time, I have been a maintenance tech for Hotel and apartment for over 15 years. Can't wait to go back and do it again.

If you have a chance pick up Diamond crescent wrenches they are the best they were bought out by Crescent. But they open wider and they last forever I was handed down a set and my father had them since the sixties and is still using to the state for the past 20 years. And always use fluke meters
