When I experienced hair fall, I followed all the following to effectively reduce it:
Make a habit of doing scalp massage into your routine.
Don’t use very hot water when washing your hair.
Protect your hair from excessive sweat.
Use a wide tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair.
Reduce your sugar and junk food intake.
Use mild anti hair fall shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra coccconion.
Maintain a positive mindset for overall well-being.
I succeeded to grow the hair with littleextra cocoonion.
I really like Littlllextra cocco onion oil. It's good; consider using it every day, it gives results but gradually. It contributed to hair growth and controlled hair fall as well.

Honestly speaking Sulphates are important for hairs but it depends what sulphate is required for you and very few ppl require sulphates free shampoo. Shampoo you need to avoid that contains Sodium Lauryl Sulphate bcz this is cheapest form of sulphate and damages your hair, instead go for Sodium Laureth Sulphate which actually helps to take care of your hairs.
