10 things I'd tell myself at 23 (now, at 33)

Technically, now I'm 34 but I met such a beautiful 23-year-old on my recent work trip, and she was the entire source of inspiration for this video that it felt right to go back to that age.
I know your 20s are a rollercoaster but they can be soooo fulfilling and joyous as well. My biggest wish, is that more of you don't wait until you leave your 20s, to realise that it was full of good moments too.
