Hello Michael, this is your 1st video that I've ever watched, it is funny, I like it! well done and keep it up! However; after watching this particular video; there is one thing that I'm slightly disagree it with you. I am a HKBC, however been living abroad since I was 7, having left my birth place for a long time, already 吾人吾鬼！My written chinese is the worst! Having remembered... when I first went into a local McDonald restaurant near where I lived in the early 80s, at the time, most of people would not clear their mess nor putting any rubbish into the bin after finished their food (even though indoor bins were provided). Clearly remembered this.....when I cleared away my rubbish and put them into the bin, I've often being laughed by others for doing this, they must've thought that I was crazy since no one else ever does that! It did make me felt like coming from another planet. Then I later realised that the license for the Mcdonald here is under restaurant category (but in HK is fast food) and most of people were expected to be served instead of self service. That's why often found unclear food or left over on the table waiting to be cleaned by the staffs. From my personal point of view, this self clearing manner was brought into the society and influencd by our early bunch of immigrants to have led into nowaday's concept ( in here anyway)!
Everyone can cook, but not everyone can be a chef...A real Chef needs long long long years to keep working in a kitchen, sending much life to gain "experience", but not just making himself a chef by richness and fame...I mean no, he has no any experience in kitchen, but only cooking....Let 'say my mum also cooks well, but I will not call her a Chef...see what I mean?
