Даже если учитывать что работа стоит не дешево, это то за что стоит заплатить. После такого ремонта, хотя бы есть уверенность что машина не "тяп-ляп", а максимум того что можно сделать. How is this cost effective over just replacing the car? Arthur is an automotive genius. I would trust him with any vehicle I own, but the cost of this process in no way (in the USA at least) would ever be economical over paying out the value of the car. This channel and Arthur's work is memorizing. I would love any insight to how much these repairs cost at the time the video is made.

I like this movie. I was impacted by the skill by Arthur, especially fixing a car which damaged like this. But I was thinking this car is already non-valuable to fix since it not only having damage at the first but right rear also. the passenger room also invaded. I m not judging or question about the quality or safety after the fix, I m interested what motivated the owner to fix a car like this since this seen may cast a huge price.
That car has taken a hell of a belt . They’re so plentiful I don’t see the point in repairing one as badly hit as this one . By the time you factor in the hassle I’m sure you could buy a 320d high miler almost as cheap .

При желании можно сделать так, что и Шелков упрется в тупик. Другой вопрос что игра не стоит свеч: слишком много времени и сил, слишком мало смысла. Основное - это качественный ремонт

But I know coming from where u are I understand what you do. it's seems like a lot of labor to do what your fixing if you don't mind me asking what does a job like that pay. The question is; would you drive one of these cars Artur has repaired, and would you put your family in one of these cars on a day to day basis, knowing it's structural integrity has been compromised??
No bc in Ohio we know the difference between compromising the structural integrity but where he is I understand why he makes repairs the way he does bc he does not have access to the parts we have to make the proper repairs
How has the structural integrity been compromised? The badly damaged chassis rail was taken off and spot welded back on. Which is exactly how the car would have been originally been built by a robot so I'm not sure why you'd think that to be any less safe?
Bmw requires glue for structural replacements. Dont get me wrong Arthur is awesome at what he does. But in america your able to get these parts for certified techs. Yeah it may be welded back on but procedures from the manufacturer may say otherwise. Glue, rivits etc.
@@scott0155 , Ya right..! What do you mean by proper repair? Tesla for factory come s with pannels misaligned, huge gaps between metal sheets...but I m sure you are driving that. You should check a repair manual for a car, I guess in 30 years you missed that point.

That car is so badly damaged, I wouldn't bother. It would be written off as unrepairable in Britain. Hats off to you Arthur, for a great job again.
