The fact your hair is as healthy as it is for your age shows how credible your videos are.

Just did the fenugreek hair mask Tuesday my hair loved it. I have to use jojoba oil for my hair the other oils just sit on top of it. Been using the Rosemary and fenugreek water and my hair loves it. I usually drink 80 ounces of water a day. My hair is doing great I can’t use shampoos or conditioners my hair don’t like it. I have to use clays to wash it and bhringraj powder to deep condition and made my own leave in conditioner using mango and murumuru butter because my hair don’t like store bought leave in conditioner. Thanks for the tips .

Ms.Sanda.. Lack of water in the body that causes dryness in the hair and skin. We need to keep our body hydrated and help to push out toxic and waste. Dry hair is a sign of our body letting us know something not in alignment with our body. We have to drink half of our body weight now because of the toxic and polluted environment we live in today. Sad to say we are living in critical times. Looking back drinking water 6 cups 48oz or 8 cups 64oz might been enough then. Unfortunately now it's not enough water for some.😔 When we eat clean, move everyday, drink enough water for our body to flush out toxic ,it will show in our hair, skin, and nails. The body gets what is needed from the beginning. A little tip.☺️
Ms Sandra I always enjoy your shows. Keep up the good work that you are doing. You are so encouraging to me. Maybe I can share my journey in Wellness through my health recovery from cancer as a documentary.☺️ Helping people to learn how to truly loving themselves unconditionally on a physically and emotionally level. Keep smiling and shining.☺️
Thank you for your service Ms Sandra.🙏

I love hair masks! Especially those with herbs in them. I don’t think that anything actually reverses damage. They can help improve the appearance of the hair but nothing really fixes damage permanently..
Oh and that avocado oil …it’s actually cooks really well too. Who knew! Avocado is like a king fruit 😀

Hello Sandra I love this video. I’m following the challenge but one thing I did is over protein my hair. So now I’m going to use the mask every six weeks. I guess that will help. I will moisturizer more. I think I was washing my hair too much. Can you give me feedback on this issue please. Thank you
