    How long did you dehydrate those sausage in the oven bong and what temperature? Thank you

      No temperature set it. Just leave it air dry. Right now my current drying method is air dry hanging.

    Do you have problem with flies when you hang it outside? And what if you live in cold weather? Btw I ordered 3packs of these spicy ones from you the other day and I can’t wait to eat them😊

      GloryBe2GOD yes I hate the flies that’s why my newer video my husband made a cage for me to hang . I think you should eat the sausages right away because it will be too sour if you keep it too long

      You can but use cold air not hot air flow

      I bought at Chinese grocery or you go to American supermarket they have it . You have to ask for “sausage casing “

    What type of casing do you use and how do they sell them?

      Renny Moeun I used pork casing. It should say Hog casing for sausage. They sell small portion in the container or in packages at the asian supermarket and most near the meat department in American store.

      chansam sim hi bong . They sell at Oregon market in south philly too. They sell in meat department cost about 20$ but it come alot

      fnmass562 you can try it to make and substitute the fresh cilantro with coriander seed. I am not sure if it good or not but we sell this to public.

      fnmass562 please use beef brisket only for khmer twa ko. In this video I used mixed all fat and chewy meat . What I make to sell is beef brisket only and don’t grind too smooth. Just chop into small pieces. Once you mixed all the ingredients in and stuff into the casing everything blend in well. Good luck 😘
