- DIY build - Arm Wrestling training table with pulley and elastic band system.
This video took me much longer to get around to than I would have liked, but here it is at last. It comes in handy when you don't have access to regular training sessions with other pullers.

Denis Cyplenkov actually needed most help with his band work, he got them so tight it was dangerous enough to break his arm, he need a second person to hold his banded top roll lol.
Great video. I would put the side pressure band already loaded around your wrist and maintain center table. Then do the wrist curls.
