Dream is still op in my opinion,i solo mugen and destroyed a hybrid in a 1v1 after not playing the game for a couple months so i would say its s tier but i only put in s tier cause its so easy to use
In my opinion every bda/breathing styles is very good it really depends on the player like when people make tier list they put different bda/breathings in S tier because that's what suits them best and the bda/breathing styles they put in lower tiers are probably the ones that they didn't even bother to try. For example: The bda/breathings they put on A or B tier are probably the ones that they tried and are pretty good with it but not as much as the ones on S tier. Then the bda/breathings they put on C or D tier are probably the ones they didn't really enjoy using or they just put it there because they didn't even bother to try it themselves and just listened to other people's tier lists but hey this is just my opinion.
yall need to stop sleeping on temari bro temari is the most underrated bda in project slayer it does 80 damage with the right build with one temari ball. Yahaba is also slept on even tho it does not have alot of moves it is good for pvp and also fun to use. Edit: Good video tho earned a sub

I think insect should at least go to B tier since its good for getting multiple people if you aim it right, you can counter with mantis kick and use that as a combo extender.
i know im late but im an insect user and if you can play it and know how to combo extend of the moves then its really good for pvp and for pve so its not terrible for pve at all. (but for dungeons its not that good)
