Today, Lucy Thomas and her incredible Voice is Recognized around the World. Lucy doesn't copy music, she Improves it.... How do you make a great song better ??? Let Lucy Perform it in typical Lucy Thomas gusto. She owns every song she performs and soon, we forget who or when the original was created.
I have never heard any singer with as much dynamic range as Lucy Thomas. Regardless where she starts on the scale, Lucy never runs out of breath, pitch, or vibrato. Her word pronunciation is so clear, we never have to wonder what she just said.
When I was 19, I was a performer too. I sang this same song a cappella live on stage. I was pretty good. But, I never achieved Lucy's level of perfection. She touches our eyes, ears, and hearts. She takes us to higher places we could only dream about before.
Just when we think Lucy can't possibly get better, she proves us all wrong. Her full throttle crescendo at 4:00 and stunning vocal runs both ways up/down scale leaves us wanting more. Let there be zero doubt... Lucy Thomas has Amazing Talent and she is not afraid to use it. She never relies on gimmicks... what you see and hear is real.

You can forget about; Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Etta James, Karen Carpenter, Eva Cassidy, Celine Dion etc etc...and all the other legendary women singers because for my money Lucy stands out above them all as having the most beautiful and pure voice of them all, the only one who can melt my heart and reduce me a 37 year old man to a blubbering mess. 😭💔
Add the fact that she has Elizabeth Taylor / Katherine Ross like photogenic beauty into the equation and we have a 21st century superstar in the making!
Thanks for comment. I have over a decade of singing and acting. I have never heard a voice so pure, powerful, and with so much purpose. Lucy is the greatest voice of her generation, and probably top 5 worldwide. She improves each and every song, they get better and better.
I thought she would hit a wall and not improve anymore. Lucy is just warming up. She has a fantastic future ahead. She is the only one I am following now.
I made several re-mixes of her on my channel. 'Footprints in the Sand' now has over 73 thousand views. I am currently working on 'Brand New Day', 'All by Myself', and 'Bridge over Troubled Water'.

Several years ago, when Lucy released her first CD, I thought her voice was PERFECT. Now it's even BETTER THAN PERFECT! ❤️❤️❤️
Bruddah, Excellent job again by Lucy. One thing I've noticed lately is that Lucy's vibrato is unparalleled. When she turns up the power and goes up a bit her vibrato becomes supreme; it drills right through me. Your right, Lucy just gets better and better.
Once again in the Bridge over Troubled Water Lucy gives this song her full unique treatment. When Lucy sings it is a full-body experience. She sings each of her songs with graceful expressions and honors the writer of the music.

We now have a few more coming from the new CD. "Pie Jesu" with Martha,
"A Thousand Years", "A Whiter Shade of Pale" and another duet "Hold On" with Will.
The CD is going to be released December 8.
There are 30 second snippets of these but they are barely a taste.
It's going to be a good December.
Actually, Lucy sings songs to a large extent that I've never liked before. It's just not my music at all.
But there's something in Lucy's voice that touches me and I can even really enjoy songs from her that I actually hate. It is this point that makes me call Lucy a great artist.

I can't remember whether you reacted to EVERGREEN but it's also outstanding. The meaning of the lyrics plus the emotional way Lucy sings it reduces me to an emotional mess. But I can't stop watching it; it's so beautiful. Typed too soon -- Above The Clouds is very good too.

She's way out in front now as the greatest singer I've ever heard, her voice just connects emotionally like nobody else.
Lucy sings a song and makes you feel something! She brings the beauty, grace , emotion to every song she sings, that’s all besides the silky , smooth gorgeous tone, pitch and delivery!
She did an amazing job as always. BYU Vocal Point recently did a cover of "Gratitude" that you might enjoy.

Oh give it a friggin rest will ya she ain't that good, you need to look at SOHYANG from South Korea to hear how the song is really sung, and she performs with a live orchestra and none of this backing track nonsense 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.

@@steveheckle8847 Steve I dislike being negative to other artists and there is a debate post about Lucy and Sohyang and S&G. So best to continue the debate there, however I will say I thought Sohyang was the worst version of the three, and she screamed her way through it and totally ruined the song. Sohyang is a good singer but Lucy’s version here is far better than Sohyang’s and most thought so. Maybe you should replace your flag for a Korean flag, I’m for the British girl! 🇬🇧
Lucy is in concert in Manchester on 5 March 2024, she will be accompanied by a live pianist similar to the billionaire Best’s private concert, and Sir Cliff Richard’s birthday do. So why not come along I’ll be there and you are welcome. 🙂 Maybe then you can have correct knowledge to criticize. I can assist if you need getting the tickets.
Furthermore on Tuesday (2 days ago) I had the pleasure of Lucy’s company and live singing. Lucy was there supporting the legendary mega star ‘Kim Wilde’. I watched all very carefully only 2 metres away and scrutinized all. Lucy sung superbly and NO Auto-Tune just a simply basic mic setup with nothing added. 🇬🇧

Bruddah, I heard something in Lucy's singing. In last verse where she jumped up an octave her vibrato was different. To me it sounded a bit slower and had a very nice undulation to it. IMHO, just that short part really showed her vibrato's superb execution.
Excellent singing the very best of all time she is limitless in every notes been perform.

That was masterful Lucy Thomas, taking yet another classic and improving it. Her expressions run in parallel with the lyric and makes you listen to the meaning of the message. It's like a spell on the ears. But Sam, it looks like you've misses a trick. I don't see Lucy's incredible version of Barbra Streisand's classic EVERGREEN, on you play list?. It's a smooth a silk.

Bruddah, I am so sorry, but I didn't know how else to.reach you. I'm not sure if you've heard yet, but last night Dec. 13th Pedro Henrique died of a massive heart attack. He was only 30 years old. I remember your first reaction to Gabriel was the duet he and Pedro sang called Oceans. Gabriel is devastated. I thought you would like to know. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Blessings!!! ❤
