You immediately, without checking the contents, send it to a repair WH, and turns out the product is not what was received on the return order. What are the options to correct the return order line? As you want to update the line for the right released product and send this correct released product back to the customer / or credit, but you have already received the return. Do you have a video for such a scenario? Thanks!
The last scenario you covered in the video, what if storage dimension is Site and warehouse. How to transfer defected qty to different warehouse? It doesn't allow to change warehouse at arrival journal. Is their any solution for this scenario? Please share

In the item arrival video, the item registration went through without configuring the quarantine warehouse. shouldn't the quarantine warehouse be optional ? 2. Is the scrap in quarantine management not the same as the destruct check box in quality control? Please I am looking forward to your reply.
Great video! Question though about an actual use case to tie multiple videos together. I created a quality association that trigger off a PO receipt for a certain product. That created a quality order and I failed it so it created a quarantine order. I'm a little confused on processing the report as finished or end steps of a PO you've already received, tested, and now has failed. Why would you create an item arrival journal to receive it again at the location you want to move it to out of quarantine? Or even report as finished option that just receives it at the main WH? Is this assuming rework has been completed or an RTV was entered and that the new PO number you associate with on the item arrival journal?
I dont have "quarantine upon validation failure" toggle box while validating the orders, I have checked in Quality association as well still it is not coming
Thanks for making this video. Q: if registered quantities are scrapped then what happens to the costing of that, how do we 3 way match upon invoicing if I have received less than arrived but invoice is for the whole quantity

What is the difference between using a non-conformance or quarantine order? When would you use which?

The answer to the first question I realised was that, the quarantine management was checked from the item model group
