We love to have fresh ground same day "tar tar" chuck beef. A touch of Lawry's seasoned salt and the raw beef is wonderful. Never tried a raw egg but a cooked egg white with runny yolk goes super well with it too. We also cook our beef medium rare all of the time and find it has super taste and texture than any other cooked level or doneness. We see many folks cook their beef well done and can't figure that out...maybe they think its not good/healthy for you any other way as the flavor is so poor well done.

Makgeolli (cloudy rice wine) ... the worst hangover!!! The raw (unpasteurized) version, sold locally with a short shelf life is very very tasty. Exported versions are pasteurized and less tasty.
