The more we get to know Jesus the less we want to sin he makes us allergic to sin. Praise God.
For about 3 years, my family would host usually 2 chinese students for a couple weeks. These students were primarily from the upper class of China society. All were very polite and fun to have around. We never preached mainly due to the language barrier but on the last night of their stay, we would provide them with a going away gift basket which included a Chinese translated New Testament. We would take a few moments to explain to them what the book was and it's importance to their lives. After reading some of it, I remember one student say in broken english, "I like what this says". God willing, I hope I one day will see some of these student as brothers and sisters.

I am Chinese born in Hong Kong, and truly appreciate the christian preaching work done by overseas missionaries during the past few decades for chinese people! It has truly transformed the societies and mindsets of local people, despite the massive challenges - culturally and politically within the region.

I’m a single mother and been raising my child on my own and I’m in college and I’ve walked w my child on my shoulder car seat attached to my back pack and book bag on my back in tears and broke so many times …. Please give it to God. Look onto God to write your story and not on your own understanding maybe their is something God has for you that is greater

Loved when he said “ our life is a missions trip. It’s all missions all the time. It’s all Jesus all the time. Church isn’t Sundays, it’s all church all the time.” This is truth! When we live this way -Jesus can work in every ones life we come in contact with!!
When he was talking about a few things, about tragedy that happened in his life, and about the 8 year old boy chocking to death, I wanted to make a comment. Yes, God can work all things for our good, but it does not mean He is the author of said tragedy, pain, or death…
Sovereignty of God
“Why do so many Christians insist that God controls all things when He can't even control them? He didn't control Adam. He didn't control Cain. Exactly who does God control? Was God controlling the storm that Jesus rebuked? Did God make everyone sick that Jesus healed. Was Jesus undoing God's will and thwarting His control? Does God make you drive the speed limit? Does God make you always act out of love? Did God send the church into all the world with the good news and does He then go and kill those lost people with natural disasters to prove how good He is?
Does the new heaven and new earth look like this earth? Wouldn't this earth look like heaven if God was in control?
Friends, God gave the earth to man. (Ps. 115:16, Ps. 8:4-6, Gen. 1:26-28). God allows man to choose light or darkness, life or death, dependence or independence. God is not controlling all things. God responds to our faith in His goodness. And we are continually destroyed for lack of knowledge and for blaming everything on God.

God is good, He is love, He isn’t taking peoples children or killing loved ones to teach us or use us. That’s not right…
The problem, to me, in believing the God takes our loved ones and babies, is that it makes it hard to be in intimate relationship with Him. I want to know Him, like Jesus talked about, and I have been getting to know Him for the last 12 years a lot.
When I hear that God took a persons baby, oh it hurts my heart because I know Him, and I know He is Good. He loves us so much and would never do that!! But God doesn’t need my defense or protection, He doesn’t need me to pound my fist and yell that He is good. So I will softly answer with, “Get to know Me, learn of Me, My ways are ways are good…” that’s what I feel God is saying. He is meek, tender, and loving, He will reveal Himself to those who seek Him.

Awesome to hear how Dr. hong yang was apart of this man’s life, he is truly a man of GOD and an inspiration anywhere he goes . I remember him staying with my family and preaching at the Spanish church my father was in charge of in Spanish probably more than 20 years ago and being such a blessing.
This morning I had a dream that I saw someone hiding a Bible in the armrest of a car door, then quickly I saw another image of a video I saw yesterday of a "thumb Bible" immediately after I awoke and was amazed that I hadn't heard about it before so I had to pass this information on. People in China could own a Bible that's so small you need a magnifying glass to read it and that are SUPER easy to hide

My biggest problem is porn and weed, pray for me please. I've felt God's touch, but I'm a back sliding Christian... So I'm trying so hard to get back to him, this is holding me back and I can't shake it.
After you repent again ask God to baptize you in the fear of the Lord. Tell Him your heart and beseach Him openly, passionately telling Him how desperate you are to be changed. Don't allow shame to keep you running away, lay the fig leaves down and come RUNNING to His throne, naked and broken but willing to finally be real with Him. Ready to surrender. Ready to give him everything. One thing that helps, do a fast from all food. Start with a 24 hour fast and try doing this once every week. You'd be blown away how the power shifts from your flesh having the advantage over you to your inner man gaining the lead. In all your ways submit to God and He will make your paths straight. Resist the devil. He will flee from you. It's really as simple as it sounds. Simple doesn't mean easy, but remember.. You can do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens you. Shalom 🙏
I appreciate your honesty SO much. I once heard that WHAT WE WANT TO BE, IN SOME WAYS WE ALREADY ARE. GOD looks at the heart, and He sees that you want to change, AND YOU WILL!
I'm sure you feel a lot of shame, although in GOD'S eyes sin is sin, we feel particularly ashamed of sexual sins. I think it's because GOD placed an inner modesty within us and an inner knowing of the sacredness of sex within Marriage.
I went through a time of promiscuous behavior, smoking cigarettes and weed, and drinking in my teens through to my early twenties. When I was 21 the promiscuous behavior stopped because I got married. Next I quit weed. I had undiagnosed Bi-polar Disorder so drugs would make me feel strange ( plus there was probably some spiritual oppression going on). I then quit alcohol, which I was very addicted to, around age 23. I was not able to quit smoking cigarettes until my late 20s. That was the hardest addiction to stop.
I paid dearly for my behavior. I got an STD and ended up not being able to have children. So, we do sometimes have to face the consequences of our actions, but GOD is faithful to forgive and heal the heart from self-condemnation and shame. He often uses what people have gone through and suffered from to humble them and make them more compassionate people, able to understand and help others once they've " gotten out of the woods."
Pornography addiction is wide spread, even in the Church, because of the internet. Satan has scored a big one with technology. Of course we know that sexual sin has been with mankind from the beginning, but the easy and private access of pornography on the internet, just compounds the problem of breaking away to freedom. There is a well known and trustworthy Christian man, John Bevere. He once struggled with addiction to pornography. Please look him up. He is the author of some very great books. One is entitled: The Bait Of Satan. It's about how offense and unforgiveness can keep us bound in all kinds of ways. I don't know if you have ever kept a journal, but if not, please consider doing so. Write down what you are feeling. Ask GOD to bring up any memories that need attention and healing. Sexual addiction is of course physically pleasurable, but there is also an emotional component. I want you to know that when GOD looks at you, He doesn't see a failure. He sees a loved one who is struggling with sin, as we ALL do. Yes, continue to let GOD'S Spirit convict you, because pornography is a sin, but realize that the conviction is LOVE'S CONVICTION not Condemnation. You are His child. He will never give you up. He will make a way, where there seems to be no way. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can endure. I just remembered a testimony that I want you to know about. I'll be right back.

I once told a pastoe I loved Jesus. That didnt sit right with me cos I ft way way mote. I stopped aaid sorru I meant. I loved hi. So much I wpuld die for him. I still would bit right then hd physically removed my stress and pain. I knew it was him. He was saying I love you too. Come to me. He loves you just as much.. please talk to him. Pleaee itll be the mist important thinv you ever do. He loves ypu grntly perfectly.

You may think your comments aren’t heard, but they are. We can pray around the world for each other in the pains and divisions and persecutions in which we live. Man, I feel like I'm supposed to do something, But I can't pinpoint it. I just feel crushed with depression. I'm keeping strong, but it's been absolutely relentless these last few months.
I've had depression my whole life, but this feels more painful. It's killing me.
I have felt like that before and nothing worked until I started praying or looking for God harder. Pray for him to remove the blinds from your eyes and help you see clear what he wants you to do or see how he sees you. Pray for him to clean your ears from all evil and negative so you may hear his word clear. For him to touch your beautiful head and relieve you if your burdens and pains. The Lord always wants to help you but you have to seek out and mean it. I will definitely pray for you today ❤️ your situation will get better, you made it this far and have a wonderful long way to go. Trust meeee, I dont even have to know you but already know you’re great because you are here under this video. Devil might be working hard but our Lord is alwayssss working harder!

I find in the depths of my despair, the garment of praise works wonders. I take the focus off myself and situation, and yes its tough, but when I praise YHWH for who He is, His wonderful deeds His faithfulness and just because He's so worthy of it. Oh boy does He pour His grace out on me and He lifts me up, and I find peace and joy through Him to carry on, until next round.

I feel convicted as well. I feel exhausted spiritually. I tell God to use me...I am His. I feel like He put me on pause. He took my beloved husband to heaven and left me here. I'm in my late 50s and I feel this is the time. How do I know what to do? I ask and cry out for clarity. Pray please

Wow! Never heard of "Third culture, Third Space," although I'm familiar w/ "Third Culture Kid." It's just awesome that the studies into this concept have continued & deepened over time. I'd be interested in following up w/ this further, as the concept is quite explanatory & just fascinating! You've said that your daughter is part Asian & part White, part Chinese, & part American, living in Fl. While this is not uncommon, the living in a multicultural, multi-racial city like Fl, definitely puts her in the third culture kid/space paradigm. Thanks for sharing your testimony on how God answered your prayers, led you, & has been ministering to others thru your surrender to Him. Amen!

You can really teach people how to evangelise to their little mission fields that God has placed them in (family, friends etc.). There’s always someone close that needs to hear the message of Jesus.

I struggle at times to hear clearly from the lord like this guy even though I have fasted and read the word as much as I can. Do you have anything I can do to hear him clearly?
You hear God speaking deep in your heart. 1st step to know. Right down 5 times when you believe that your life would be different if you would have not heeded your conscience to do or feel. This should be a proof of the truth. It will dispel the lies that the enemy has tried to convince you..God has spoken to you and you have listened..
I’ve also experienced this before and I’ve come to find that our hearts tells us everything god speaks of. But if at some point you can’t hear, speak out to him with your words and cry out to him. If u don’t understand something god said ask him. Best believe that if you truly want to know he will tell you and he will make sure it is clear.

Continue to read His words. Meditate in His words day and night. Let go of the things that God wants you to let go. Spend more time with Him & avoid spending your time on your phone or something else. Just more of the Bible & prayer. Hearing God's voice really starts from being familiarize with His words. I just learned this recently, praise God for His wisdom
The US needs missionaries. I’m hurt right now but all I want to do is street preach in SF where I live. This place is maybe worse then Sodom or Nineveh. People think the US is so blessed but God is going to visit his judgment on it soon for all the evil the people have done.

Ok, here's the thing. Regarding 27:00 "use me or kill me" you are correct that that prayer is not useful. Reason being is that Satan is the one who kills, not Father or Jesus. If a person prays for the death of anyone, that person is praying to the devil.

So your saying the writers of the new testament were saying his name wrong? The accounts of Paul, Matthew, Luke, etc were all translated in greek and Aramaic. Early Christians actually pronounced his name as "lisous". They were able to cast out devils with that name. Demons flee with the name Jesus. All nations are saved by his blood. If you read the new testament, then you would see that Paul himself had to turn to Greeks in order to spread the gospel, because the Hebrews were too stubborn to listen.
I don't know what he means by; the opposite of looking for a wife. This is worrisome. Just kidding, i hope, maybe, whatever, phrasing perhaps.
