It never seases to amaze me the level at which Prime Minister Museveni communicates, it's as if he is speaking to a classroom full of primary school children. We must learn to see the world in its varying colors of political complexity and not in simplistic black and white. As for the Commonwealth, it's merely one of the last bastions of British colonialism with its main purpose to monitor and indirectly influence the developing countries whilst at the same time standing prominent wielding the instruments of power from afar. It is totally impotent when it comes to speaking on behalf of the black nations and an avenue in which the European brotherhood can meddle in the internal workings of our nation. (The Trojan Horse as it were) It is about time we remove the shackles from our minds and wake up to the fact that we are an endangered race, (every skin teet is not a laugh)!

Museveni is right on vaccine and the West. The problem with Africa is that it is always looking to the West or outside for almost everything. Even after many years of independence, many Africans mind still act as if they are still under colonialisation, and so they are even vulnarable to Western manipulation. Africa should move out of dependace syndrome towards self reliance. If others can do it, why can't Africa do it also? One of the contributing factors for Africa's lapse I think it is inferiority complex. Most Africans still think only the whites can do certain things, which is very retrogressive. It reduces Africa to a status of a begger, which is very unfortunate.
