What was your classes/course starting date? We were also two weeks late in joining because of the delay in visa issue and passport collection. University won't create an issue IF you're in touch with them through your HUB and OUTLOOK and updating them regarding your status whether you have submitted your passport at Gerry office and waiting for their collection email. Just keep updating the University representative who might have contacted you through hub or outlook and let them know your status, each update and expected reaching date in UK.
