Couldn't all of the 4 points you mention be imitated or copied by a competitor over time? Couldn't a competitive advantage be through just about anything performed by a company that gives them the edge over the competition? A SUSTAINABLE competitive advantage is a different story. See porters five forces. It explains how control over your suppliers, customers and through a barrier to entry over new products or new competition forms a SUSTAINABLE advantage. Think of Pfizer and their patent on insulin. Sir, with respect, your 4 points are not SUSTAINABLE advantages.
Over time anything can be imitated. The pfizer example, eventually the patent runs out, so there is that. THe sustainable nature of the competitive advantages will vary by industry, by type, there are numerous things out there that will influence it. And if you like you can watch our video on Porter's five forces as well :)
