If you watch how SM scout their main vocalist as Taeil, Beakhyun, you will be laugh 😂😂 SM motto "everything can be taught", they just need visuals. Look at how they train Lucas, Taeyong, Sehun,....they are don't know anything when they joined in SM. I recommend you watch a cut BoA met NCT2018 practice Black on black. This is how SM working for years. SM training system is no joke.
