  • In this guided meditation, we'll dive deep into the mind using the metaphor of waves on the ocean. As thoughts rise and fall like waves in the sea, we learn to simply observe, letting them come and go without effort. Beneath the surface, there’s a vast stillness waiting to be discovered - a calm, unshakable depth that’s always present within you.
    And yes, if you listen closely, you’ll hear cicadas making a special guest appearance in the background - courtesy of summer and their mating season! Consider them part of the meditation, adding their own rhythm to the audio. Perhaps they’re here to remind us that not everything can be controlled, and that’s perfectly okay.
