So cool! since I’m out of ideas and I want to build a huge house in the sims can you help me please?
I want a house on 2/3 stores with a basement and some balconies:
On the first floor there must be:
- a yard with a big swimming pool and a hot tub (not the one in the floor cause I don’t have it), barbecue and outdoor dining area and couches (with plants, outdoor fireplace, hedges and vineyard hedges and a dark romantic seat) ;
- entrance with escalier stairs;
-Big kitchen with island sink and dining area (or separate) with chalet table and chairs. Some furnitures of the coffee event and a school bin;
- a very small pantry for the kitchen but I don’t have that furnitures so with something that can easily look like a pantry ahaha;
- small guests bathroom (a sink and a toilet);
- a huge living room with the chalet couch, a piano and the chalet fireplace;
- a quite big (at least 4x7) laundry room (it can easily be in the basement) like a garage thing.
On the second floor:
- 3 children rooms ( a nursery, a boy room, a girl room) each one must have its private bathroom and a wall closet,for the girl room it has to be a walk in closet. (Big rooms and not small bathrooms), or like two bathrooms: 1 only for the nursery and 1 shared of the boy and the girl room (if you do the shared bathroom it must be a little big (like with a double sink). The nursery must have enough space for the toys;
- the master bedroom with the swimming pool view, a walk in closet and a huge bathroom with double bath tub,double sink and double shower and a quite big terrace;
- the room where there are the stairs must be with the view of the hall so with a mezzanie.
If there’s not enough space you can move the master bedroom on the third floor.
Basement:
- cinema;
- Gym with a small bathroom;
- games room (with blue pool table, foosball table and blue Ping pong table and if you want here you can add a small bar);
- studio;
- spa room
Specific Decorations:
- 2 cream pillars where you want;
- some statues (from the art gallery event I believe);
- A fountain/oasis water wall and a kid’s treehouse if there’s space;
- a space for animals with pet bed, toys and cat/dog double bowl (it must be indoor in a room or its own room).
